I am now 72 and have gone to at least 12 Chiropractors. 3 were BAD, 6 were good, 1 was very good, and the last 2 were EXALENT and they are the first one I went to and the last one which is Orno Chiropractic. The first Chiropractor has at least retired by now. Orno Chiropractic is great. Grate front desk. Awesome doctors who adjust you from head to toe. They have exercises you can get to help yourself, the web site is informative. PAIN! If you have pain you want to get rid of it! If you have pain in your back and your doctor can't help you may have something that needs to be moved back to where it belongs. It may hurt but a Chiropractor can fix it.

Entering the door we must take our winter boots off, which forces us to walk back and forth in the very puddle our boots created, because the area is so narrow. She will then order you to wash your hands, and treat you in a rude, abrupt, and condescending manner during intake. She exhibited suspicion and resentment, it seemed like, when I wanted to know about the procedure, complaining that it would take time to provide information, and she was running behind due to an elderly client. She just ordered me to get on the table...I had to ask for what, and did not even know we were going to start with needles. One the phone I had explained this was my first experience with accupuncture, and had questions about the herbal supplements I wanted to take as well. She told me to bring them with me, but never followed up with it in the office. She does not know how to create a friendly, kind, professional rapport at all. She actually reminded me of Nurse Ratchet from One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, and had the most cold demeanor I have ever seen in healthcare. I stated I was so uncomfortable that I had to leave, and asked if I owed anything. She stated that she could not bill me because she did not perform a service. Low and behold she has attempted to bill my insurance for sitting there being rude for a few minutes! That is fraud. I do not recommend her at all. BEWARE.

I highly recommend this resource. I have some hearing loss but maddening tinnitus that is really…read morean even worse issue for me. The center is a warm and welcoming environment. Dr. Jardine did extensive testing and gathered thorough information from me. He spent a good deal of time with me, educated me about tinnitus in an understandable way and is kind and thoroughly engaged. I have hope for the first time that my tinnitus can be managed with the hearing aids, designed to address my particular issues, that I now wear. I think we are lucky to have these folks available in this area.

Had an appointment and was found to need hearing aids. I have medicare and was told at the…read moreappointment that my office visit was definitely covered and that if I paid for the hearing aids that insurance would definitely reimburse me. "We do this all the time". Two full months later and multiple phone calls to check on status of hearing aids and they never returned multiple calls. Finally received a bill for the exam as "it was not covered by insurance" and they did not work with my Aetna medicare insurance. They did send my records of the visit to my PCP and from my doctor learned that Audiology Center would not work with Aetna. Disgusting that they would not even tell me directly....

I got a lot more than I bargained for- the Massage was absolutely phenomenal- and I am a seasoned massage snob- my therapist was amazingly educated, AND intuitive- she completely eliminated and relieved all of the trigger points that had begun to cause me severe low back discomfort from all the driving, by addressing areas I didn't even realize were responsible. This therapist is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in numerous modalities. I believed she started with cranio-sacral on me (not sure), and she knew exactly where to apply pressure. This kind of changed my life as far as understanding massages. I came out on another level mentally and physically so much so that my husband said I looked like I ran a marathon. I've tried to look for another therapist similar to her background, skills and style in San Francisco but have had no luck. She is a gem and I wish I could have her in Northern California!
