My appointment with the physician and nursing staff was very thorough. Negatives: The hospital is a very large campus and there are multiple buildings. However, the buildings are not well marked and it is unclear where appointments are located. In addition, although I offered my health insurance cards at the time of my appointment, they were not taken by the office. I subsequently received a bill but was able to subsequently provide my insurance info via email.
