Got some documents that she draw up that are extremely questionable. I am having them reviewed by a committee of attorneys.

Sold! I contacted Bob, and set the eviction wheels in motion with a $1,500 cashiers' check. Bob and his staff made this such a painless process for me. Such efficiency and professionalism! Now, I adore Bob because he and I can cuss and fuss with each other! We enjoy telling each other how smart we are! You must take off your shoes if you enter Bob's office. Personally, I think this has less to do with being Japanese, than with putting visitors in a subordinate position. It makes me smile! If you have any self-confidence issues, I wouldn't recommend consulting Bob. If you are a question-authority type of person and you want a street fighter in your corner, better call Bob!
