When it comes to back pain, I have learned not to expect miracles. I did not get one, but by the end of the massage, I was at least able to lift my arm. Heidi was my massage therapist and was one of the best I have had, She listened to what I needed. I have asked a lot of massage therapists to put more emphasis on one spot, but few have ever listened. Heidi actually listened and worked on my shoulder a ton and it helped a lot. As soon as I was done I made a new appointment with her and can't wait!
