purchased a 96% efficient american standard furnace from a company that was bought out after years of faithful service. new furnace squirrel cage blower unit failed and i called to have it repaired under warranty. this warranty repair was completed by another technician than the installer who no longer worked for this company. fast forward to 12/30/2022 when the unit went out. i was told by their serviceman that they were no longer a dealer for american standard but that brumley heating and cooling could assist in repairing the unit. mr. brumley came immediately, determined that the circuit board needed replacing and arranged for a delivery from flint, michigan. sadly no warranty was ever filed by the installer, but this man's service is excellent: job a#1!!! read more

I cannot recommend this business more highly. We have been a customer for over 20 years. Honest, fast service is exactly what everybody wants in a hvac business. Nobody schedules a furnace or a/c failure. We just had same day blower motor replacement after a plus 90 degree day failure. He only replaces parts you need. No upselling. Look no further. read more

This business is worth contacting! I've used them twice and have been very happy each time. This last time, my furnace went out in the middle of winter. My furnace was about 25 years old and we decided to replace. Estimate was fair and replacement was very quickly completed. I am very happy with the work, response and assistance and showing me what we needed to know! We are very happy! read more
