First, they made loads of mistakes when making my dress to measure (one cup pointy, one round/ dress made two centimeters too small so the skin on my back would some out), but kept telling me it´s supposed to be like that. Only after I asked the seller if she would wear this to her wedding day, she changed it again. that was a few days before the wedding. well, i have to mention, you have to pay 175 Euros extra for those changes. I spent three extra days in the shop to have them made the changes which i had to push them to do. Since I was getting married abroad and could have the dress hanging in our house not to be seen by my husband, i decided to leave it in the shop till the day we left. when i came to pick up the dress, it was packed in a case. i didn´t recheck it, because i was scared it might get dirty. stupid not to, i found out later. the day of my wedding i hung it in front of the window. with the light shining through, i saw a huge cut of 30 centimeters in the front top layer, wich was repaired just with a thread. you can imagine what a shock that was a few hours before the ceremony. we called the shop immediately, where they simply said: well maybe it was already delivered like that to us. no sorry nothing. of course we took pictures. when we came back,we went to the shop, wrote a letter of complaint. first they offered repair, which for me was of course not helpful because i am not planning on wearing the dress again. they promised to check and rethink. well, they did. they found it can't´have happened in their shop, and the company of the dress #Cymbeline, said, the deliver always 100% perfect products. so- because of that, i will not be getting anything. again. not even a sorry. its a very painful experience for your wedding. so bad customer service. they are really only up for your money, not to help you having a beautiful experience. Especially watch out for verkoopster Wilma in #BruidspaleisRotterdam. She is very rude and arrogant. Check other complaints on Facebook page of Bruidspaleis. But after talking to the head, i know the fish stinks most at the top.
