Horrible timing to ask for payment. I will not ever be going back, and would not recommend this office to anyone seeking a dentist.

The building is a little older, the waiting room is a bit plain, and so when you walk in you're thinking, "oh great, what am I getting into?" Don't let that fool you! The front office/hygienists are super friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient with my 3 kids, even my middle child who has sensory processing disorder and is a challenge to deal with. Dr. Nelson is quite old, but he is still competent and he knows what he's doing. Just remember to speak up when you're talking to him. Another dentist in town told me I had a cavity and wanted to charge me a ton of money to fix it. Come to find out, it's not a cavity, it's just a sensitive tooth. Some sensitive toothpaste will do the trick. My family will go here for our dentistry needs from now on.

Come time for my appointment dr Spencer decided to try and pull out my crown with his fingers without saying anything first then appeared surprised and unhappy that that action startled and scared me, he continued to explain to us that he didn't have time and we needed to schedule another appointment. We scheduled that appointment as a consultation and had been there for maybe 10 minutes at most. I asked for him to look at my teeth instead of repeatedly explaining trust because the time it took him to talk would be enough to glance at my teeth which is all I was asking. When he would not look at my teeth in the appointment scheduled for him to look at and do a consult for my teeth We decided to leave and not return as he made it clear verballyand in actions he couldn't or would not help. This appointment caused further trauma and was extremely unprofessional. However his dental assistant was lovely and kind I wish her the best in her career.

With Wisconsin being my home, a random dentist office in northeast Montana wouldnt usually be my first choice. After the interaction I had though- I certainly would make it first. After calling numerous dental offices to inquire about a tooth extraction, this office was the first to help that offered Care Credit. Not being totally sure where I was going to be, but hopeful on location, I ended up scheduling an appointment here. They were ON IT with trying to get me in ASAP, aiming to get the situation dealt with same day, same time (meaning new patient visit, x-ray and extraction). The woman who helped me was SO KIND and SO COMPASSIONATE. I wish I remembered her name. This place is as solid as can be in the type of world we live in today. While I ended up not actually making it to the appointment due to several, spontaneous factors, this place far supersedes dental offices even close to my area. This place definitely deserves the glowing reviews. If I ever am in the area and need emergency dental work, this will be the place I go. You guys made a poopy situation easy to deal with. While service wasn't on my side this time, yours certainly was. Thank you so much for everything you do.
