When the initial house sale began to spiral during closing. During that time, they were if little to no help, condescended to our realtor, and avoided getting the attorney involved until almost a month after the initial closing date. Even then, the only reason the deal finally was finished was through our realtor contacting the buyers attorney directly and hammering out a deal herself.
