I started calling around and I was getting expensive quotes and then somebody told me to call Allstate and I got more coverage for much less. I had left my homeowners insurance with State Farm because it was going to be in effect until June of this year, so I just recently upgraded my homeowners insurance. I got more coverage for 50% of the price of State Farm. And I've been with State Farm pretty much my entire life. And I was supposedly getting"discounts" from them, but in reality it was a massive rip off...really a serious rip off. I never once met Jeff Summers in seven years of supposedly having him as my agent. And when I called and told them about what happened with Allstate, they tried to tell me how much better State Farm was, which is just salesman bullshit. I'm a salesman. I know the deal so no, I would not recommend these people at all. I wouldn't recommend State Farm at all.I got more coverage on my homeowners insurance and my deductible went down from $2500 to $1000. So do yourself a favor and call anybody except these people! I would call Allstate if I were you. I've had nothing but a positive experience with them and I've saved a lot of money right out of the gate.

In our experience, we had never suffered a complete loss on a vehicle so naturally, we sought guidance from our agent, Derek Simmons and office manager, Stephen Scarbrough. Not only were they hands off but also treated us with great disdain during the process. Mr. Scarbrough hung up on me twice when I requested needed documents and phone calls were not returned by Mr. Simmons. As when asked why his office seemed so put off in guiding us through the unexpected, Mr. Scarbrough replied, "We're the sales office, we handle sales. That's our focus.". Then he hung up.
