I'm going on 3 months( you read this right, 3 MONTHS) no cold air in our house. He did bring a portable unit but it's only good for 1 room. Completely unacceptable as a business. I'm not pulling this down because it's ridiculous for a customer to have to go through what we've been through in 2 years with a brand new unit. We've had to go a step further with this issue. I'm to the point I can't get upset anymore.

From what I can tell from others who have used Caswell, they are prone to conning their customers out of money when they make mistakes like this.

It be a good idea to make sure that the people driving those trucks are responsible and safe drivers. While in downtown Auburn on the morning of Thursday July 31st around 7:45 AM an incident with one of the companies drivers occurred. Heading into downtown Auburn. I moved pass one of the spencer trucks and into the turn lane. Without looking in his mirror, blind spot, or using a turn signal the Spencee truck merged into me. I slammed on my brakes and laid on my horn, then jerked my vehicle into the oncoming lane to avoid collision. The driver of said truck then proceeded to come to a dead stop in the road and rage out at me for his mistake. He rolled his window down and cussed at me and then told me to "pull over' so he could "beat my ass" (this is Alabama, dude gonna get himself shot). I moved around him and out of the turn lane again and speed off in a diffrent direction. What kind of people yall hire over there? Again its a good idea if yall are gon a hire jack boot thugs maybe take the name of your trucks.

I am an hour away from home and can't get back. They ask can they reschedule for MONDAY and I tell them NO! We endured the heat for the night, sweating like pigs in a slaughter house. We've got ceiling fans and big desk fans blowing all over the house, but it does absolutely NO GOOD, it's just too humid. I didn't even cook dinner, it was too damn hot! This morning (Saturday) I wake up and my husband is dragging around like a wet sloth, so I decide to call someone else to see who had the best prices and could get out NOW! Called 3 places and one wanted $98 just to come to my house, plus $120 per hour (which they'd probably been dragging their @$$ for at least 3) plus the cost of parts/labor/freon. I get a call back from Dana Wright's and the guy quotes me a reasonable price. Problem was he was booked for the day. He took my address and discovers he's gonna be out this way ANYWAY so he came by, fixed my AC and I paid less than the cost of the other guy showing up! My old AC guy is TOAST! YOU'RE FIRED!
