I actually came across her page while looking for a housekeeper to start in November, and…read moreironically, it was the rude one-star review that sold me. Apparently, someone expected a 3,750-square-foot house to be deep cleaned for $325 and was outraged that the service didn't include a forensic examination of the toaster, decorative plates, shower caddies, ceiling fans, and presumably every individual molecule of dust in the home. Meanwhile, I'm over here thinking: $325 for a 3,750 sq. ft. deep clean?! Where do I sign? What impressed me even more was the professional response offering to come back and correct anything that was missed. Personally, if someone blasted my business online before giving me the opportunity to fix an issue, I'm not sure my response would have included "God bless you." So I'm leaving five stars based strictly on that asshat's review. If anything, they accidentally wrote one hell of an advertisement. I'll be reaching out about getting on the schedule starting in November. If those are still anywhere near your prices, please save me a spot--I'll even move my own toaster.

Even though my carpet was only a year old it needed some serious TLC. Two rooms in the home had much older carpeting while all the other rooms were a year old. When the owner arrived he instantly made the kids and I comfortable. He assessed the work with me and got straight to work. I was so comfortable with him the kids and I went and ran errands while he worked. He did pick on me saying that my new carpet did not look bad at all. (More on that later.) When we returned home I was 100% satisfied. EVERY room looked fresh and new. Low to no odor. No items were damaged or broken. The carpets looked better then I had hoped even the old (and I mean OLD) ones. He followed up with me that evening to make certain I was satisfied. After telling him I was very pleased he let me know that he was wrong. My "new carpet" that my sweet darlings USED to roam around and create a child buffet on the floor was FILTHY! :) A mom knows when something is dirty even if she can't see it ;) I absolutely and highly recommend Absolute Floor Care of SETX.
