I had to return to Michigan for a funeral and was looking for two SUVs to transport my family throughout the day. DTW Detroit Airport Car was the first to respond, the least expensive - several hundreds less, and the most communicative through Yelp, text, email or phone. The drivers were great, professional and helped our family in a time of need. Next time I need vehicle transportation while in Michigan, I would contact them first!

Hi Cyrus! This is Julia from the University of Michigan, friend of Jess, reviewing our wonderful…read moreday picking up Alexander and his team. I hope to see you again soon! To anyone reading: We all love Cyrus-- the car is perfect, spacious, and clean; and he is patient, timely, professional and caring. We felt so safe and comfortable (and I'd note that as two young women this can be hard to come by). This was a major, meticulously scheduled event for us with lots of pick-ups and drop-offs, and Cyrus made it extra special! I am very appreciative of all of the effort and flexiblility. Our day was much easier thanks to him. Consider this my glowing recommendation. We miss you!

I just found this listing today and called him for more information…read more I read his "About the Business" page, and he states that he's a Novi taxi company. I called him because I live in Novi, my car is down, and I need a ride to Henry Ford hospital Thursday morning. I called him to find out if he could do it, and he told me that he doesn't make local runs. If he doesn't do local runs, then he should not say that he's a Novi/Bloomfield cab or taxi service. That would be false advertising. I regard that as unprofessional. If he no longer does local runs, then he should state that he does not do local runs.

I feel it was done on purpose because I had explained to them over the phone that I was in a bind. It's sad because as for the actual service there were no issues. But Beware of the sneaky over pricing.
