I said yes taking a chance because I really needed it. She was quick and so nice and gentle. No scabbing around my eyebrows (I do threading) and they looked so good! There are two seats for services upfront as well as some chairs for waiting. I haven't really looked around that much but I think there's a private room for other services. It's a nice big open space she's very nice informative. I went back again before I made this review and I am extremely happy. I called ahead to make an appointment, but walk-ins are welcomed. The space is very clean and minimalist. Sima listened to what I wanted and took her time on my eyebrows. When I said, "I just want them cleaned and kept as thick as possible", she did just that. I can tell that she is a customer-oriented person who is professional and personable. With the discount, eyebrows threading is $7.50; normally, it is $9, I believe. I'm so glad that I finally found a go-to salon in southwest Milwaukee that has decent prices! The results were consistently good, though there has occasionally been some pressure to add on extra services or products. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been below expectations. During my most recent appointment, I left with my eyelid bleeding on one side. The technician didn't acknowledge it or offer an apology, which was uncomfortable and embarrassing. I feel the experience now depends heavily on the technician, as some of the newer staff seem less experienced. It's disappointing given how reliable this place used to be. I may give it one more try and specifically request a different technician.
