Ask the Community - Brow Buzz

I am interested in getting Ombre powder brows. Do you have this service available? Also, how much?

Hi! Thank you for asking! Yes, I can do ombre brows. This would be a combination of strokes and shading to your liking. If you have a picture it's always welcome. Ombre brows are $425 which includes two sessions and aftercare kits.

New Brows who dis?!?! *Y'all know I only give HONEST…read moreREVIEWS...* BUT FIRST: Honest Feedback from others: "They look amazing. It matches your beautiful brown eyes"- Jacque "They did a good job. You're still just as beautiful as you've been."- Timothy "Dang, the shape really changes your face for sure in a good way. Did you get botox?! Your skin looks really good."- Tatiana "Yoooooo they look "- Cameron "Gone are the chola vibes"- Abbey "Seriously you look so pretty and soft"- Lisette "Bella you look marvelous, They look very natural. Dad approves"- Mommy THE 411: I was selected to be a model for Cascadia Ink ... FYI: I've been "drawing" on my eyebrows since 1992 way before it was cool haha The students (and owner/instructor) used a combination of methods for my brows as I have very little and very light eyebrow hair... "microblading, ombre and microshading" My observations: Seriously Good hygiene practice Consistently changing gloves Washing and sanitizing of hands frequently Gentle patient kind knowledgeable thorough Studio was beautifully decorated clean smelled good bright Julie is the owner of Cascadia Ink Holly was the student who invited and worked on me Lina was another student who also worked on me I learned so much about my own skin type, my undertones, the shape of my face and how the shape of my eyebrows can change the look of my face The "hair" strokes are incredibly realistic Julie was also very knowledgeable about the color palate for my eyebrows being careful because of my undertones and my fair skin not to go too dark but still accommodating my preference for darker brows Overall the procedure was mostly painless.. a bit uncomfortable at times but not unbearable. They do apply a numbing cream as well. They gave me a cleansing foam, a cream and clear instructions on how to care for my new brows... It was a Very long process, as I was informed ahead of time it would be (up to 4 hours) this was a teaching session so it was expected. My only constructive feedback would be to encourage the client to take a break... even if they say they're fine... (go tinkle, drink some water and reposition their body a bit) I am "trusting the process" ...butttttt.... The shape is thicker than I'm used to, but is definitely growing on me and the color is way lighter than I like...but super natural looking... once healed I will go for a touch up... and update then... as they may change and evolve with time... I do NOT regret my decision at all and am excited to see the end result! I love how I can wake up and go without looking sickly haha Would I recommend Cascadia Ink? Absolutely! Had a poor experience when trying to get my navel re-pierced after it had closed in recent months…read more(had an established piercing for years, done elsewhere). Had booked an appointment several weeks prior. At the time of re-piercing, it did not align with where the marked "dots" had been drawn prior to the needle stick. If it wasn't going to be pierced in the same exact spot as discussed prior to the piercing, then I'd rather just be told so and not get it. Also the length of the ring used for the attempted piercing was short (like a regular replacement ring you'd use after it's all healed); it wasn't long enough for a new piercing. It seemed she was trying to make the new piercing length on my navel fit the available ring she had (also the ring had a jagged-edged jewel on it, not a nice round, plain ball top. It would have gotten caught on everything and been a nightmare during healing). I didn't want an entirely different scar. That's exactly what I was trying to avoid, and had communicated this prior to piercing. The new piercing was so unsightly, it was upsetting to me. Bottom line, I asked for it to be removed and I left. Then I had to let my navel heal up for awhile. It's like going through healing but no piercing to show for it. I'll be extremely cautious about letting anyone touch my navel again.

--FYI--she's no longer in Tukwila, this salon is in Puyallup--…read more I'm so happy with Inna--oh my god, I cannot even tell you. She's so professional and skilled! I had my first microblading appointment in early February and just had my follow-up a few days ago. Summary: 1st appointment: She took my brows from naturally shapeless and all over the place to carefully and thoughtfully shaping them according to the symmetry of my face. The first round took over an hour. She was willing to look at some examples on my laptop of all the cookie-cutter shapes I hated and another folder with the shapes I hoped to achieve. She doesn't do what's trending; she carefully shapes according to your natural symmetry and tries to get that shape that would look good on you naturally. She outlined them using careful measuring and then checked them against a symmetry app on her phone to ensure the brows would look natural and fit my face. I loved that she did this! She even added more numbing cream because I couldn't withstand the pain the first go around (since this was my first time treating or doing anything to that area besides plucking). 2nd appointment follow-up: For this follow-up, I requested that she please please make my brows a little bit thicker since I felt the first round they were a little too thin, and I like that thicker look for my face shape and makeup looks. She was so kind to keep the same shape but added a little tiny bit of width and it was as if she read my mind because this change made all the difference, I already loved my brows before but after this follow-up I was soo happy with my brows, they literally are my dream brows! How it went: I was running late for the first appointment because I didn't realize how far this place was from downtown. That's totally on me, and I felt so bad about it. I texted her as we approached closer to her salon, and later, she let me know that I was making her late to pick up her baby girl from school. I felt so bad and made sure to be at least 10 minutes early for my follow-up appointment. Please arrive early or on time, ladies. She is a working mama! I had never previously had my eyebrows professionally touched. Hence, I, unfortunately, came to my first appointment with super bushy brows, thinking it would help her with the shaping to see the natural hair growth. You shouldn't do what I did, but clean up your brows a little before your appointment. Another thing is to ensure you follow her texts' directions beforehand to get the best results. Following her instructions is why I healed well before and after my appointments. Make sure not to get any water or sweat on them afterward for at least the full 14 days. She provided me with ointment and shields to wear in the shower to help, which were so helpful! The salon is really nice and clean, and there's parking in the back!

She is truly amazing at what she does and I couldn't recommend her enough!! My brows went from thin and uneven to perfectly full - and most importantly natural looking!!
