However my particular doctor is quite hard…read moreto see as there is generally about a 2-3 week waiting list always and sometimes when you ring up for a prescription to be sent to another chemist they don't often bother to fax it through. When you go to an appointment the waiting times can be 20-30mins generally which isn't great. But i can't fault my doctor - she is great. Waiting room facilities are BORING and depressing and the car parking space is dire. The new receptionist area is nice though - if you can ever get a receptionist to serve or talk to you! lol

I couldn't believe their kindness dedication and great teamwork delivering first class care. Nothing was too much trouble for the doctors, nurses , healthcares, and the housekeepers. The doctors and nurses helped me feel well cared for and reasured as I was very anxious before my operation. I have had breast care in other hospitals in England and in comparison your hospitals care and staff dedication is excellent all round Thank you! This lady is not keeping quite. I had a UTI and mental crisis. Should have gone to a vet. Antrim area I have sent in a recorded delivery complaint. No answer or phone call. Why am I speaking out. How many have been treated in the abhorrent way that mental liason behaved. Never ever will get over it. Antrim area. Do something so that others are not treated in the way I was. 5mins to destroy any confidence of reaching out for help. Has anyone else been treated badly via some of the mental liason team? Not all. Just a few rotten apples! Discipline them please sister or did you just say I will not bother? Well let me tell you a little secret. I in 2/3 can reach a dark place. Then what would you do? Reach out for something that exists but destroys you with their downright lies. Do not go to mental liason team in Antrim area. Do so at your peril. I will never forgive them. If they hurt you a know they have done wrong they havent even a spec of decency to apologize. As for other care in the community I experience 5 stars. Why are these so called professionals allowed to get away with such awful treatment to us who pay their wages? So blocked by reception. Traumatized by lies. I will be demanding my medical notes. The health centre has recently been rebuilt and contains the doctors and dentists in one building,…read morevery modern inside with a large waiting area, the desk staff are very knowledgable and quick to help in person or on the phone. certain drs can be hard to see with waiting of 4 weeks not uncommon but some can be seen next day. I wouldnt recommend using the dentists in the centre as they are very limited. Lots of parking and a chemist shop right next door

I pays me money into our national insurance system and I've done it for a lifetime now, but it's not there for me or many millions of others who've paid too because bastard Tory politicians have deliberately destroyed it and they smirk when challenged as they know (and I can't figure why) there are millions of morons who will still vote for them when they ring for an ambulance and wait 17 hours. These are the morons who pay road tax to drive on the public road, who then pay fuel tax to drive on the same public road then feed a parking meter to pay to park on the public road they've already paid twice to drive on. So I have to pay again for medical treatments and I'm lucky I can afford to, as so many can't. So today I needed checks to rule out nasty diseases that involved examining organs, tubes, anaesthetic gels, antibiotic creams, cameras, tv screens, and most important the skill and knowledge of a specialist consultant. I got the all clear: no cancers or other horrors and all working as well as can be expected. It really is awesome to watch a tv screen of one's internal 'bits' with someone who knows exactly what they are seeing directing the miniature camera hither and thither and offering explanations as to what I was seeing. I was seeing me. It was a funny old day. We travelled there and back through thick fog with the outside temperature never getting above zero; and as we cheerfully departed the hospital on the radio came Dorrie Dean 'Twiddling With The Knobs of The Radio'. a 1932 zany tune. My mum Carmel Chua who was terminally ill was a patient here from the Middle of January 15 to the…read more23rd February 15, I would like to congratulate all the nurses, nurses aides, cleaning staff, doctors and the catering staff especially who all went out of their way to help myself (her son Keith ) and the rest of the family during this very difficult and traumatic time. My mum loved the chats with all the staff and had great fun in the early weeks before the illness took hold. I would like to thank all the staff who showed great humanity and dignity to my mum Carmel. Thanks to all of you from the bottom of my heart, regards Keith Grouse, Gorey, county Wexford, Ireland.
