When contacted to address the issue, Perdomo slapped a dab of silicone on a portion of the failed seam and refused to do anything further to address the leak. Most disappointing is the fact that the owner of the company refused to speak with us to work out an amicable solution. I guess our job was so insignificant to them that they felt they could just ignore the situation. I do not recommend Perdomo for any roofing repair.

They were nice and professional, even gave me a significant heads up when they were running 15 minutes behind. Moving - they hustled and got it done without damaging any furniture or interior of our new house in one trip. Appliance installation was great at well. Our appliances came a few days later than our move and they were able to get to us with short notice and later in the day than they most would agree to come out. They were diligent in making sure everything was level and worked properly before they left. They even helped us identify a major issue with a washer that had been delivered that we would not have noticed until much later had they not pointed it out. Will save their contact for any future needs and would recommend hands down to anyone!

I agree with many of these reviews-- I used Ponseti for about a year and a half and was very…read moredisappointed. They just blow leaves around. Visits were 5-10m at best. When we asked the guys to do some actual work -- remove plants that had died in the freeze months prior, trim hedges, weed, etc, we were told "not today-- I am trying to get to my sons baseball game". We expected the work requested would be finished the following week, but it never happened. They also overcharge. They charged us for something like 60 bags of mulch and 140 annuals planted. We did not need that much mulch nor were 140 annuals planted-- we counted. When we alerted Matt to our disappointment with the service we were receiving he said he would "check it out". We never heard back.

Every person we worked with was professional and friendly (and even followed COVID safety measures). The owner went above and beyond to help us. He walked the slab yard and sent us pictures, he met with us multiple times and he checked in during the install day. He even stopped by the following day to screw in all of the outlets after the backsplash had set. I highly recommend this company. Thank you to all who worked with us- Charlie (owner/our main contact), Billy (did measurements), Travis/Troy (installed countertops), Charles/Rodney (did a fabulous job on our backsplash installation).
