Today I wanted to purchase an individual package of jam and I was told "not for sale today" although it sat right in front of my face. The food and coffee are good enough for a local cafe. The service is always rude and terrible. They treat you like you're a jerk and an idiot even if you are trying to use German. I am not a native German speaker, but I try to communicate the best I can. I understand I am terrible at the language, but I do try. They treat you terribly. I have been here at least a dozen times (it is local for me and many times I am in a pinch for time, otherwise I always go elsewhere) and they are rude every time. read more
