I quickly found Natural Remedies, which low and behold, was only a 15 minute drive from home... just my luck! As soon as I walked into the store, the manager on shift immediately asked how he could assist me. He was super cool, welcoming and helpful. I showed him the empty jar I had and he handed me something quite similar from his stock. What I loved most was that all their products are made organically, which is super reassuring. The price was reasonable giving the size and they even have a customer loyalty program, which gives freebies and discounts over time. Very cool! I'll certainly be back once this runs out to get another!

I don't even know where to begin because I'm honestly still so grossed out by this whole…read moreexperience. I went into Green Flower Wellness in Bayside on a whim. I knew exactly what I wanted - Rove 510 battery. Instead, Moe kept pushing me toward a Fernway battery. I told him what I wanted, but he insisted the Fernway was better. It was more expensive, but I figured maybe he knew what he was talking about. It had a cap, seemed more hygienic, so I trusted his recommendation and bought it. I also picked up a Jaunty Green Crack cartridge. A few days later, something happened that could have been seriously dangerous. The battery was OFF and sitting in my husband's pocket. Suddenly we started smelling something burning. We looked all over trying to figure out where it was coming from until my husband realized his chest was getting hot. We pulled the vape out of his pocket, and the entire glass cartridge had shattered. Oil was everywhere - inside his pocket, all over the battery - and the device was literally sizzling and smoking. We ended up throwing it into a bottle filled with liquid just to stop it from smoking. It was honestly terrifying to think about what could have happened if we hadn't noticed it when we did. That night I went back to the dispensary and spoke to Moe again, and somehow that experience was even worse than the first. He could not have cared less. No concern. No apology. No "I'm so sorry that happened." Nothing. He basically shrugged his shoulders and acted like it wasn't his problem. When I asked to speak with a manager, he told me nobody was available and that it wouldn't matter anyway because they'd just tell me the same thing. Look, I understand products can fail. That's not even what upset me the most. It's the complete lack of human decency. You convince me to buy something I didn't even come in for, charge me more for it, it fails in a way that could have seriously injured someone, and your response is essentially, "Not my problem." You can't even stand behind your own words. At the very least, replace the destroyed products, offer to contact the manufacturer, or show even an ounce of empathy. Instead, I walked out feeling like once they had my money, I no longer mattered. There are so many dispensaries in Queens that actually value their customers. I chose this one on a whim, and it was a huge mistake. Between the pushy sales tactics, the lack of product knowledge, and some of the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time, I will never be back. This experience just left me with such an icky feeling. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that actually cares about the people walking through the door.

All i wanted was the cartridge which he could have told me he didn't sell. He didn't know what I was talking about. He talked me into buying a much higher end vape pen for 250. He didn't tell me nor show me how to use it nor tell me i needed concentrate to use it. The box wouldn't open at home so i had to rip it. It was confusing as hell to set up. I tried to tape up the outside box, put everything back in the packaging and return it. He said because it was open, he couldn't give me the full amount back. I am going to dispute this charge at my bank. This place is a rip-off and the guy behind the counter was rude, discourteous, and didn't explain anything on how to use the product. Bait and Switch.
