    Nikki and her crew were great to work with. We were moving a lot of fragile antiques and she knew…read moreexactly how to pack and secure them for the long move. Everything arrived in perfect condition and we were never worried about our sentimental items. She brought a full crew and they were all careful, thoughtful and hard working. Nikki runs a tight ship which we appreciated. In addition to getting us moved she's been a wealth of information helping getting us settled in to the community. Hopefully this is our last move but if we ever have to move again she will be our first call!!

    Review is for Phone & Text interaction only…read more.. I had originally called, talked to Nikki, the owner, and scheduled a 9/24 pack and move date back on 8/24. However, between the 25% (up to 59% at look), and a very serious health violation, at my old place, I started looking for people (private + commercial) who could do a rush move. During all phone calls, Nikki was friendly, and professional. And, on the initial call, she gave me all the pertinent information that I needed to figure out how much it would cost me. She also responded promptly, in sending me her cellphone number, for text communication. I then asked, When will you come by for Estimate Review + Packing assist? And, she replied, Either this week, or next week. And, I always confirm before coming out. Well, at the start of the 3rd week, she hadn't contacted me. So, in calling back, she said, We've been super busy (glad to hear). And, I'll be there this week (9/14). Well, as of 9/21, still nothing. And, no call, or text, explaining why. Then, yesterday afternoon, 9/22, I tried to call and leave a message. But, the Mailbox was full. So, I sent a text cancelling the 9/24 move date. As of 07:15 this morning (9/23), I had not received a response (despite the voicemail message saying, For faster response, please text me at 478-...). In addition, all 3 phone conversations were interrupted, and closed early, due to workload. Other than the initial text, my subsequent texts (2) were never returned. :-( So, I had to call to confirm she got the text, cancelling 9/24. She did. Now, I'm pleased that her company is so busy. But, not to reply to a customer's text is not good. I don't care how busy a business is. You respond to customer calls and texts. I recommend calling early in the morning. As, any later time will go to voicemail. And, by the early afternoon, the Mailbox will be full. I will keep them in mind for a future move (probably will move again. Just not sure when). But, and unless the initial conversation includes quoted price for Pack Assist (I can live with $XXX.00/hr knowing that), I do hope that scheduling Estimates improve.

    As a Prince of Procrastination, I've been busting my butt in packing to get ready to move, yet…read moreagain (2x in less than 13 months). I had originally been scheduled to move on Thursday, 9/24. But, due to a 25% chance of rain, and, insofar as I was concerned, a serious health code violation at my old complex, I wanted to get out ASAP! Unfortunately, my plans to move Sunday, or Monday, didn't work out. So, yesterday morning (Monday, 9/21), I called AllStar Moving. Unfortunately, no one picked up. So, I left a message. My call was returned about 2 hours later. :-) I told the guy, I need to move ASAP. Can you do anything to help me accomplish this? After telling him where I live, and where I was moving to, he said either Tuesday, or Wednesday. :-o Because of my hearing problem, I clarified by asking, Tuesday? As in tomorrow, 9/22? And, he said, Yes (all giddy inside). After getting the arrival time down, and finding out the estimated cost (3 guys + the truck), I agreed to have use their services. At about 10:40A.M., my cellphone rang. After picking up, the caller was one of the movers informing me that they would be there in about 1-1.5 hours. Well, they arrived just before noon. I showed them what goes, and what stays. And, they did their thing. The guys introduced themselves. And, they were friendly. Yet, professional. And, once they got going, they didn't stop. I know they were tired. Because, I was their 2nd job of the day. And, taking only 4.5 minutes to get to my new place, they didn't get much of a break. Since it's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment (moving into a 2/2, and only taking bulk items, and packed (much still packed from my AZ to GA move on 8/28/19) boxes, it didn't take them very long (I still have several small things, and can goods to bring over). I was given an estimate of 3 to 4 hours; they were done in 2.5 hours! Even the movers commented on how nice my new place is (especially, compared to the old place). So, the move itself cost me $385.00 (the same time for the other place, would have cost me $500.00). In Georgia, while not a requirement, tipping is allowed. So, since there were 3 guys, I gave them each, $20.00 beer money. ;-) But, I told them, not until after you clock out. For sure, I'll keep them in mind for my next move (yes, I do have at least 1 more move to do; maybe 2 or 3).

    I cannot express my gratitude enough. These guys are the absolute best movers I have ever had! They…read morearrived on time, were so cool to hang with and super professional, packed my 1300 sq ft apartment in macon up in under 2 hours... and met us in buckhead right after we got there. We had to get creative and they worked with us to unload into our patio rather than buzz into our parking garage! They worked tirelessly even though we all had no water or food for hours. Damien was one of the hardest workout men ever of the group, even unloading a desk heavier than anything.... I called the owner this evening to thank him for having such amazing people! We just hope we tipped them enough bc we wish we could do more! Great guys,price less than half of the competitors and this is a mom and pop owned company. Showed up in macon at 9am and were done by 2pm in buckhead. Support them! You will not be disappointed! We plan to use them even if we move here in atl!

    I have been trying to contact Titan since December. I have contacted the owner numberous time and…read morehe has not responsed. However his office manager was very rude and claim she was in on the whole thing however she was not with the movers plus she is to blame for poor and incorrect scheduling according to the movers she failed to tell them how much they need to move. They showed up with a small truck which would not accommodate my 2 rooms. They came and stated they would go and get a bigger truck and failed to return for the move. They charge my Debit Card within 15 minutes of leaving. This company owes me $294.91. The office manger stated they will have not further contact with me and hung up the phone. I called again she stated. Her boss was instruted not to speak to me. I had to leave my household items in storage for another month then contact another moving company to complete the move. Hopefully they will chose to do the right then and refund my money so this can be settle. You have never tried to call, email, or text any responses. I have contacted your company on 5 seperate occassions and you have failed to respond. Your drives seems lied to you about the situation. Why would I drive off while someone is move my furniture and belongings. It seems there are a number of people according have had simular problems with you. If you are talking through your office manager then she is given you false information concerning what I asked for. I highly encourage you to resolve this complaint. The only way is to refund my money no other options are available. As a company you should want to have a good business practice. Failure to respone to a customer concerns is very unsuccessful and inappropriate to your business. Again I strongly encourage a resolution to this matter. First things is you need to return phone calls. Your staff have stated to me they gave you the message however you stated "I am not contacting her" and for them to just take a message. You cannot keep my money that will not be a resolution. However a return of $294.91 is what need to happen so all parties will agreed that it is best because your drivers failed to do their jobs and your office manager failed to provide the necessary information so they could. No further comments will be necessary from me. Return of payment is what it will take to resolve. Be a good Business.

You never contacted me. Your team is incompetent. Your "business " has had lawsuits and the reviews speak for themselves. I asked for money to have my bed fixed correctly. You are wrong no one is scamming you. I paid over 400 dollars and I helped them move the boxes not even 10. A sectional I moved my on tvs and so on. Just slow and lazy. I'm going to tell you something . You know you have a bad work ethic and being unethical won't get you far. This company will fall hard mark my words. The big guy was cursing and the little guy halfway put my bed together. Why would I lie about that and your policy gives a person several months to make a claim. When people move things get hectic you know that. Read your reviews look at your customers broken furniture with no refunds offered. So don't you tell a lie no one call!!! One unprofessional email sent to me. God watches all!
