2 stars only because the dentist and assistant were great, but my story begins with a lot of pain from a wisdom tooth so I scrambled to find a dentist near me in network as I'm new to the area. This office had great reviews so I decided to give them a call. I know during Covid it has been hard to navigate scheduling, but I called twice to no answer, I finally get in for an appointment and they recommended a specialist who's only there once a month, and out of network. This specialist is $150 just to look at the X-rays that were already taken. So I called to ask about a referral to someone within my network, only to be told we will call you back later in the day. 1 week later, no call back still so I call to follow up. The call center answers, and tells me they will leave a note..... The only real positive to this experience is that over the course of a month, the tooth pain is gone no thanks to them but now have to find another office that has the professionalism to answer the phone, or at the very least return a phone call read more

If I could leave negative stars, I would. It's so difficult to find a dentist that takes DMO, so options are limited. Knowing this, I have been patient until today. I have been trying to get my first appointment here since JUNE! Most of the time they don't even answer the phone. Expect to play endless phone tag if you try to call them. My exam/cleaning appointment has been canceled last minute by them FOUR times! This is the last straw. I instantly changed my primary dentist on Aetna as soon as I got home today. I would definitely not recommend bothering with this dentist if you value your time or teeth. read more

Dr. Mossaded and her staff are extremely friendly and perfect for people who are nervous or haven't been to the dentist in a while. It is a very relaxed environment, but at the same time, you know Dr. Mossaded takes her job very seriously and cares for her patients. A very inviting office. I am also very happy to write this review because I have Aetna DMO and so many of the dentists in my network are clearly only in it for the money and will recommend procedures you don't need, try to get you to come in every 3 months for procedures that are not covered, and have no idea how to speak to a patient. Great place. Only issue was appointment took a very long time. Not sure why. Will definitely go back nonetheless.

Overall Dr. Mossaded is a good dentist. The staff overall is friendly and courteous; however she only does cleaning and checkups one day a week. So expect to wait at least 60 days for a checkup. Also the staff is not very knowledgeable about what the insurance covers. Before you get any procedure make sure you know what your copay is and what you can expect to pay also. I would avoid Dr. Mossaded unless you are okay with making your appointment for the checkup and cleaning well in advance. read more

I had Dr. Mossaded complete a set of veneers for me earlier this month. I have a been a smoker all of my life (started when I was 11) and recently quit (best decision of my life). However, the effects of a lifetime of smoking had taken their toll on my teeth. Dr. Mossaded's office has a very welcoming vibe different from many of the sterile and uninviting dentist offices I have been to in the past. Despite seeing so many patients each day Dr. Mossaded took time to get to know me and to hear out any concerns I had about getting veneers. She was very straightforward with me about pros and cons of getting veneers and even spoke with me at length about alternatives I was considering. After speaking with her I decided I would get veneers to give my smile a second chance. It was painless! I swear I have been coming here for almost a decade now for routine check ups and to get fillings and Dr. Mossaded's ability to make whatever she does painless and quick sets her apart from any dentist I have ever been to. I have a beautiful set of new teeth, a newfound confidence in my smile, but most importantly, a dentist and a friend for life in Dr mossaded. Terrible, do not go to this woman. She will force you into unnecessary treatment and talk to you as if you were a child. Came to her with a filling that was coming out and she insisted the filling needed to come out and that I had to have a crown. I was in a pinch as I was getting married and allowed her to take the filling out and prep the tooth. At the end of the procedure she demanded that I get a root canal even though I had no infection and was not in any pain. During my visit Mossadeff also tried to sell me on tooth whitening and teeth strengthening. I debated a root canal as it is an invasive procedure and very expensive, and decided not to have unnecessary work done. I spoke to her secretary and explained I decided not to have the root canal and wanted to make an appointment to have a mold for the crown. Secretary said that it was ok and booked the appointment. When I arrived the dentist refused to do the work as I choose not to have a root canal. Keep in mind no infection and no pain. I went for two other opinions with other dentists and they both agreed that I could have simply have had the filling fixed and that I was "upsold" to a crown as dentistry is a business. I also went to an endodontist and his professional opinion was that I did not need a root canal. Bottom line do not go to this woman unless you want unnecessary procedures and want to spend more then you have to. read more

I was under the impression I was having work done by Dr Mossaded but the office pulled a bait and switch on me. I was having a crown put in (my first one ever from their recommendation) and as I was in pain, crying and feeling something is just not right, I jumped up from my chair to have them STOP immediately. I came to find out some new doctor of only 1 year was working on me, admittedly having much trouble, and I left swollen, in pain, and on painkillers for the remainder of the week. Now months later, the crown is rough and I now have to go to another dentist to get the whole procedure redone. I just hope they didn't mess me up permanently (filling all my back teeth down to the end). AVOID THIS PLACE! read more
