An example is just a few days ago, my mom fell in her room and hit her head on something and was bleeding. The staff is very good about looking out for the residents and checking up on them and was immediately on it. The head nurse Cecelia arranged for my mom to be taken to the hospital and she also immediately called the family. After being treated at the hospital for several hours, the doctors at the hospital said it was safe for her to go back to Arden. The nurses that night at Arden, Sharina and Sandy, got her back to her room safely and let the family know. I am so grateful for the staff at Arden and could not imagine if my mom was not there. The next morning Lynn the director called for a meeting to discuss how to go forward. It was very comforting to know that I could count on Arden to continue to help my mom with this injury. This is just one of many stories. I'm also grateful for all the activities that my mom has access to as well as access to be outdoors and to have an area that she is safe to walk around. I would highly recommend Arden Courts.

My father in-law just moved to this facility 2 months ago in the independent living area. The…read morefacility is clean, with nice amenities like a cafe and dining room for those that want to be more social in the building. Initially, dad had a difficult time acclimating to his new surroundings but the staff and management went out of their way to make him feel at home - even gifting him a small TV for his apartment. They offer shuttle service to/from doctor appointments in the area which is very helpful for those who no longer are able to drive. And even in the independent living area, they have a staff person do regular wellness checks daily. The family feels that he's well taken care of and are grateful for the help he receives. My only very small issue is that the large building only has 2 elevators. Given that he lives on the 5th floor, it can sometimes be a 15 min wait to get on the elevator.

When you walk in the front door you enter a large lobby with a large grand and player piano in it. You are greeted by a full time staff person located at the front entrance. The staff is professional and very friendly. The restaurant is located at the rear of the lobby. It is very eloquent and serves up great looking meals. The residents always look happy and well cared for. The grounds and facility are well maintained and the interior is immaculate. Outside there are flower gardens, gazebo and a walking path. My mother was cared for in a facility like this for many years so I know what to compare to. This one is above the rest in my opinion. If the need every arose in the future for myself, I would be excited to live there as well.
