This place was not to forth coming with the price. Went a couple of times. sent me home with a stack of a contract and every page was more charges. If they have to give you one pill every day the price goes up 600.00 and the price just keeps going up every page, plus contract goes up 7% raise ever year. very old place. Found a new place very forth coming, one price covers everything. They sit with you to fill out contract and explain everything as you go. Can't say enough about this community. My sister is a resident there and one thing I've learned about assisted living and memory care communities is the importance of the director and how the community is managed. Todd the director at Brookdale Ormond Beach West is great. Responsive and on top of everything. She was in a different community over in Sarasota and unfortunately I can't say the same about them.
