Not only did the Animal Health Centre help us quickly and competently (and Billi was back to happily jumping around on his lead and enjoying his holiday after just a few days), but we also felt exceptionally warmly welcomed and understood. Even Billi, who is usually very shy, was able to relax during the treatment. Unfortunately, this is hard to find these days; we wish you were in Austria too! Many thanks to Ludwig and the team.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. This vet is so negligent, we have lost 3 pets within…read morethe last two years. That man who calls himself a vet told us the same exact advice for each one (all had different cases of injury) and we lost all 3; one dog and two young cats. My anger for this place, i can't even express across this review, if you love your pets please for the love of god do not take them here. This man clearly has lost his care/passion for animals otherwise these deaths would've been preventable and he would've at least told us the risks to help them in the end. Collins vet is truly the worst vet i've ever experienced and honestly i think an investigation should be opened about this place because i know damn well other people have similar stories about this horrendous place. I drove to his office in clones to deal with an issue with one of my calves and I was astounded with the disgraceful set-up I had to endure. The car park itself set the tone for the next few hours. Trying to drive on it was like driving up the side of Cuilcagh mountain. I arrived in the office at around 1 o'clock in the afternoon and he was already quite intoxicated. He was constantly asking if I'd like some of his 'plum poitín' that he and a friend had made the previous week, up until the point that I felt I was being harrassed. I lived close by so Mr.Strain agreed that he would drive me out to my house to inspect the calf. On the way there he stopped by his own house to run a few errands. His sons and a few friends seemed to be having a casual get together at the house and a 'few errands' turned into 3 hours of drunken tom-foolery and even more consumption of poitín. I sat in his kitchen and watched in amazement as he ate a seemingly endless supply of raw eggs. The more he drank more aggressive he became and he eventually tried to fight a rather large fellow who they all called 'Irv'. At about 5 o'clock in the evening he called it a night and went upstairs to make love with his beautiful wife Pauline. This had left me with no option but to call for a lift back to my house. Hoping that the previous day was a one-off, I returned to his office the next day to resolve the matter of my sick calf. Still clearly intoxicated, Mr.Strain threatened to kill me if I ever set foot in his office again. With his bright red face, grey curly hair and cold stare I can safely say I have never been more afraid of a man in all my life.
