Fusion can be difficult to do, but this was a perfect combo. I had the choripapas- which is fantastic bratwurst crumbled over fries with nacho cheese and onions. It seemed everyone loved the menu options and the portions were surprisingly large and served hot and fresh. This food truck definitely exceeded everyone's expectations and added a fun element to the event and was a great alternative to what normally would have required bringing in and managing food for a large group, Cheesy Dave's took care of everything making it easy with no cleanup for the team hosting the event. Nothing here has ever disappointed and their prices are very reasonable. Snooties made a big step up a few years ago when they acquired a property, now a lovely picnic area, perfect for a little relaxation on a long road trip, though its a spot where I'd stay to enjoy my food even if I was a local. (note: I posted two photos, one with a can of Hamms. Snooties doesn't sell alcohol, but there were tubs of ice with deliciously cold soda/pop for just $1 last time I was there. And if you want a beer with your BBQ, they sell it at Snooties' original location, the nearby gas station.)
