The Hawaiian: It was a pattie cooked well with an even char on both... outside and inside, yet being still moist. There was a slice of American cheese which was place on top of the pattie and then melted to forever bind this union of cheese and meat. Then there was ham. What about ham you say? I say, ham which was heated on the same flame as pattie. It comes, now, to lays upon both pattie... and cheese. Of course, there was bun. Bun, which was a sesame bun, was place on the grill and then toasted. It was made to cradle all of its inhabits, but not before a juicy sweet exotic pineapple wedge has been skillfully placed on pattie, cheese, and ham to complete this masterpiece of flavor. I saw it and it was good then it was gone. Forever. The end...
