However, after that initial booking, I will never book anywhere else. All of the ladies working at Swoon are super nice and welcoming. Sam is AMAZING at what she does and my hair has never been this healthy in a LONG time. Every time I book with Sam, she takes her time and is a perfectionist when it comes to her work. I followed my stylist here when she opened this business many years ago and have never left. Although I can only speak to my experience with my stylist, I've spent a great deal of time there over the years. Very comfortable, welcoming atmosphere, bright and cheerful. Large couch for those waiting or being "processed" with a large selection of current magazines. Customers are young, old, male, female, and all seem to leave happy. The owner (Lisa) is always there and happy to help . Their beautiful blue calligraphy style business sign marks the front entrance. Inside I find a quaint waiting area decorated with a lot of flair. My purpose for coming in was to meet Crystal for a consultation. But I have to warn you I'm extremely impressed. She listened to me and interacted in a way that helped me through the decision process of what to do with my hair. She even spoke to me about hair extensions, even though she personally doesn't do them. She was even able to show me a real life example of what they look like, how they are done, what the upkeep would be and the costs involved with getting them as well as future upkeep. I felt so comfortable with her professionalism, knowledge and skill that I made an appointment for her to help rectify this hair mess that I now own. I will update here after my appointment. But so far this little shop seems to have a lot of pizazz and a heaping handful of skilled stylists.
