I don't know where to start...I have great appreciation for Drew…read more We were 1st time buyers and Drew has walked us through it all, we are so greatful to Drew, and to our mortgage broker that Drew recommended. Drew has been there 24/7 and is still there for us today...answering all questions and helping with any assistance to get settled in into our home. We started by finding, negotiating a home from Long distance, doing live videos, walk through's to our convenience and most at the last minute. He was there! He knew what we were looking for and came through. ...and through it all, he became a good friend and part of our family. God bless you & your family Drew and thank you very much... Wanted to say "thank you" & HIGHLY recommend Tiffanie Finstrom. My family & I were looking over a…read morebroad area of Western ND. Were mostly appalled by the poor service we received elsewhere from ND Realtors. Some you could never even get in touch with. Messages that were never returned with others. Rude Realtors who did not want to bother driving 20-30 minutes to show us a home or two. Some very arrogant & condescending. I mean it was incredible as this isn't our first rodeo. We've owned 7 other homes in 4 other states but never had an experience this bad. Until we came across a home Tiffanie had listed. It was immediately obvious she was a cut well above the average Western ND Realtor. She really took the time to politely & patiently listen to what we were looking for & what are goals were. She also actually answers the phone when I would call or got back to me in a timely fashion. She is very knowledgeable and questions answered promptly. A Dave Ramsey Fan too! If you are blessed to have a home within the area she serves, please give her a call. If you are looking in the area she serves, she is the best option bar-none. A Realtor that you can tell has a caring heart & nature & is looking out for our best interests to find "the right home", not just a quick paycheck. I rarely write reviews for anything or anyone, positive or negative but she really deserves it & if her partner Realtors at Preferred Partners are like her, they are all best-in-class.

Lori was able to help us find a home before we even moved to town and made sure we understood everything we were signing and where we stood day in and day out. Finally, Lori made sure all inspections were taken care of and done on time and worked hand in hand with our bank for anything that needed to be signed by all parties. I would definitely recommend Lori to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the area.

Choosing a roofing company is hard. These guys made it easy!…read more We needed our roof redone by May, to continue eligibility for our current homeowners insurance. It was quite simply long overdue. Northern Skies Roofing bid the job, along with 2 others, plus 2 that never came out, despite our inquiries. The first impression was the the selling point: punctual, polite, straightforward, answered all of our questions, gave advice, patient & at no point pushed us for a decision... and, impressively, never bad-mouthed any of the other companies we were looking at. We didn't feel like we were dealing with a salesman, which was nice. We had to verify eligibility with the insurance company before proceeding, which took longer than expected. Still, no pressure. Bids were Mon & Tue. We selected them on Thur & work started Fri. There was just a bit left to wrap up the next day. The 5 man crew knocked out the house & garage in -14hrs, with tear off, new shigles, new vent-thingies & acthorough clean-up. That's including coming back the next day with the new vent-thingies. By then, the warm-weather window was gone & they went up in the cold to get that part finished. Pricing was reasonable. At final inspection, we were happy enough that we asked for a siding quote, as well, with no rush. I've attached pictures of the old shingles, work & finished product. Bonus Credit: The crew found Steve, my prop alien, somewhere out there during the clean-up. We've been looking for him for MONTHS!

Thanks to a burst of warm weather, they were able to do the job the very same week! It took about 14hrs, in all. Just short of a 1 day job. We've also recommended them to a friend & decided to get an estimate on our siding for summer, as we are very happy with the company and crew. Payment options were cash, check or credit card (3% fee for using credit cards, as expected)

I had always been satisfied with their work and their price was in line with other companies. Things have changed with new management and employees. In January 2023, I was out of town and had them install a bath sink faucet (I supplied) and tighten down a kitchen faucet in my rental. They billed me $316.90, but I protested the hourly rate ($95 vs. the $75 they told me) and the three hours labor. They reduced the bill to $256.90 but maintained it took them three hours to do (my tenants told me two hours). If I were in town, it would have been an easy hour job for me. I will not be a customer of them again. Harold
