Mark as SPAM and delete as he suggests! Block if you can. I have been attempting to contact you after finding your resume on careerbuilder.com about some job opportunities in the your area - as of today, I have been unable to connect with you. In 2017, the company was accused of discriminating against individuals with disabilities in the state of GA. If you are one of their 'victims,' and are disabled, ask them how they are going to accommodate your disability as the law requires. This is a first-hand example of how they will use recruiting tactics to 'lure' you into their recruiting / training trap: 'Jeremy, I'm reaching out to check on how your professional goals are moving forward. I've tried to be consistent in follow up with you because your resume on beyond.com has several skills, and experiences that I firmly believe make you a desirable candidate for employment with our company.' - Beverly Frazier hr@symmetry.careers 828-581-4103. Of which I followed up by asking: "Which skills specifically are you referencing?" Then, another vague email urging me to 'apply;' yet this time from another 'agent'. His message read "Thank you for your interest in working with our company. Please follow the instructions that we gave in the first email you received and click the link in the email to watch our corporate overview. Our goal once we schedule a phone conversation with you is to have as productive of a conversation as possible. In order to do that, we ask that you take 12 minutes to watch our corporate overview video, fill out the questionnaire located below the video, and schedule your phone call with us. I have to concur with the many other low ratings, everywhere online, for this so called "company",…read morebased on direct experience as one of their "agents". Brandon Ellison and Casey Watkins are the biggest hypocrites in the insurance industry to date. They act as though they encourage a work/life balance but then expect you to devote 12 hours plus daily to their profit machine by ripping off grieving families. I endured the "on-boarding" process with them for over a month and still did not see any leads whatsoever nor had any promise of earning income. I can say without doubt it is one of the absolute worst processes of any on-boarding I have ever experienced. They have no clue what they are doing. After you go through all the trouble of "cramming" (which they actually encourage only cramming) and then passing the test, then symmetry makes you jump through endless hoops on their "website" which is highly dysfunctional, further adding to their long list of things impeding you from actually getting to work immediately after completing licensing. After you pass the licensing test Symmetry immediately begins bombarding your personal cell phone with random and very aggravating texts from several different numbers, some automated and some done by real personnel, in a very stalker, spammy, and you guessed it, predictably tacky way. After you see the two hillbilly founders of this company you won't be surprised that they think it's perfectly acceptable to conduct "business" this way. They both have a considerably arrogant, passive, aggressive demeanor and attempt to transparently pass it off as "helping families". The upline agents also practically threaten you to accept their spammy "team" app - Crew, which, as soon as you do, yes, you guessed it again, they begin bombarding your phone 24 hours a day with push notifications about useless, spammy, nonsense. Again they call this "important business" but it's nothing of the sort. They also bombard your inbox with emails from several different subsidiary sources and give you so many login id's and default passwords that you will not be able to keep up with, that it is beyond laughable. Again completely counter productive. You would think a 2 year old set up this system as poorly as it functions completely counter to optimal, streamlined, performance. Being on the so called team for an entire month, after passing my exam, I still had no leads in my account, on their buggy, spammy, "Symmetry/Quility/Agent Sync" site/s. I asked my upline repeatedly about this but he never once gave me a straight answer, making it seem as though they were that much more shady and ever lying. Their collectively agreed upon approach is to keep the carrot dangling in your face just out of reach for as long as possible. They either don't understand how poorly they come across or don't care, by not only sending the completely wrong message with mixed signals and horrible communication skills and protocols, but also and more importantly by parading it about as though they are saviors of the world. It's a very obvious hypocrisy and ridiculous cognitive dissonance they wear on their sleeves and arrogantly so. Because their garbage "site" was so dysfunctional you had to constantly call or text your upline to get them to hold your hand for the simplest of things like logging in, and just registering simple data. I'm a very self sufficient worker so this was extremely annoying but they pass it off as being "teamwork" the whole while denying that it is completely counter productive and highly inefficient, wasting your time as well as their own. Can you say lost in denial and more hypocrisy? There are many other negatives regarding working for these psychos but I don't want to be here any longer than I have been already. If able, avoid these clowns unless you are happy having your time and resources wasted by the ultimate time and resource wasters - Symmetry and their agents. There are plenty of other TRULY professional Insurance companies out there but Symmetry is NOT one of them.

Let me start by saying I have been a State Farm customer for over ten years. I have coverage for…read moremy car, motorcycle, and home. I pay on time, and am a huge fan of my State Farm Agent -- Tom Harmon, of Charlotte, and his team. On several occasions, I have also conducted business with Jerry Morris' office in Black Mountain, NC -- out of geographic convenience, as I lived there for several years. Those prior experiences are the ONLY reason is rating is a 2 star, rather than 1 star, review. Last week, I stopped in Black Mountain to put air in my tires. I got back in my car, drove back into the road, and before long, felt sudden and serious cramping. I pulled into the State Farm parking lot, hoping that I could use their bathroom. When I got out of my car, I saw two men were in the parking lot -- one in a car and the other standing up. The man standing up said, "Oh, get out of her way and let her in -- she's a customer here to pay a bill." (Coincidentally, I had just paid my bill that morning, online, the SAME DAY I received it.). I said no, that while I am a State Farm customer, I wasn't there to pay a bill, but that I really needed to use the bathroom. I was told no, I could not. I said please, I really need a bathroom -- all the while, feeling the urgency grow. He said no, the door is locked -- you can go next door to the gas station. Fortunately, I did make it to the gas station -- even though I was uncertain whether or not I would even "make it" back into my car. I realize this is a pandemic. I realize we must all be careful. It is why I have gone shopping for three close friends of mine who are each vulnerable in different ways -- so that they can avoid going out in public. What deeply offends me is the mercenary outlook this person embraced. Had I been there to pay a bill -- which I had already paid -- I could have gone in. Because I was in physical distress -- UNLRELATED to breathing -- I was excluded. Were it not for the great service of Tom Harmon -- and Jessica -- over the years, I would change insurance carriers immediately. However, let the world know -- at a time when little gestures go a very long way, Jerry Morris' office has no heart.

Great insurance... at first...but goes up year after year.. Also the auto pay didn't take my…read morepayment for April.. Insurance company cancelled my insurance and couldn't tell me why.. i Was using autopay for three years with no issue... Cost me $150..to pay NC....for lapse ...i didn't get an warning in the mail...just a cancellation notice in mail.. Oh yes an email.. i got that but never seen it. I get hundred emails a day.. mostly junk..so yes I'm upset..they couldn't pick the phone up and call me or text.. they had my cell number...
