I ended up living in Castleton for a whole, and wanted to move north. I grabbed a buddy and rented from Sunblest. The rates were good, they had an AMAZING gym, and free tanning beds. I lived there for a year, and met a girl online. She also lived in Sunblest. We eventually moved in together and lived there for a few more years. Rent never went up, and the neighborhood was great. Plus, we could walk to Target. The staff was great, and service requests were always handled in a timely manner. Anyone in the Circle City looking for a place to live, and not looking to spend a ton, Sunblest is the place for you. I loved living there and if I ever move back, would stop by there first!

They are kind, professional, and courteous. They take care of maintenance issues promptly. Really, the best word to describe the Sunblest staff is kind. I asked a question on behalf of my mother, wanting to know what percentage of residents were elderly. They very politely said they could not answer, because it would violate HUD guidelines and housing laws. I was impressed that they were that honest, ethical, and professional. They were very accommodating when I had to move my elderly mother out of one of their apartments to the one we live in (also in Sunblest). They waived fees, recognizing that the move was best for her but might be a financial hardship. I have rarely seen this level of empathy out of a leasing office. While rent prices will no doubt rise as Fishers grows, please consider them! My wife, mother, and I could not be happier with them. Sunblest has the added advantage of having wonderfully diverse residents, and they offer many activities for all ages. I admire the way I have seen them treat children and pets on the property. You never feel like you are being a nuisance if you have a question or concern. My wife and I plan to stay at Sunblest for many years to come. You will find friendly neighbors, a great staff, wonderful facilities, and an overall happy and safe atmosphere. The fact that each neighbor I meet is usually smiling and enjoying life here says so much about this place. I know it may sound like I'm working for Sunblest (I wish), but I'm just a tenant. We feel genuinely cared about here, and that means more than I can put into words.

The apartments are nice, the staff is attentive, and the facilities are always maintained. They salt the walk-ways in advance of snow storms and always keep up the landscaping. This place is run by pro's. But of all the things I like about Woods of Britton it is the maintenance crew. While our apartment was always in good shape, we have had minor issues along the way. They have always fixed or replaced things that weren't working and they arrive the same day or next day. You really cannot ask for more than what these folks do for us.

Over 30 mice were found, and multiple rodent traps had to be placed around the water heater area. Understandably, that was frustrating to deal with as a new tenant. There were also maintenance issues during my tenancy. At one point my refrigerator broke and I was told it could take over a week to replace. Additionally, on multiple occasions when maintenance entered my unit while I was away, my dog was locked in the bathroom for long periods of time, which was very upsetting. I'll be honest that I did express frustration to the office about these situations. However, my rent was always paid on time, I got along with my neighbors, and I tried to be an active and respectful member of the community. I'm sharing my experience so future tenants are aware of how concerns about maintenance issues may be handled. Your experience may be different, but this was mine.

While I haven't gone all the way around this because I have a friend who lives here, the areas that I have seen her very well maintained they have a nice tennis court that seems to be recently updated. They have place for recycling and trash. That is sort of right on the way out of the neighborhood. Beautiful landscaping throughout and the price is not bad especially these days. Tons of apartment apartments townhouses. staff was very friendly when they took care of scheduling the viewing and then through all of the process they made it very easy.

It was my 5th apartment in 8 years (and I'm now at my…read more6th), so when I say this was THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've EVER experienced with renting that's saying a lot! Starting from trying to even rent the place the leasing agents were AMAZING, especially Jodie. We were trying to rent from halfway across the country and she made it so smooth! Their communication is superb. As tenants we had zero issues. The maintenance staff was also very good and always very helpful and kind as well. They even showed up within 10 minutes one morning when my door knob fell off. The location is great, half an hour to IU health, 6 minutes to Costco, Trader Joes, Fresh Thyme, and a bunch of clothing stores (Ross, Burlington, etc.), less than 20 minutes to Fort Harrison State Park. Basically whatever you need is in short driving distance :) We had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and it was a great value, the layout was very practical and the complex was very quite and well kept. The only downsides were not having an elevator and the electricity bill in the winter due to heat being electric. Just 2 points to consider when moving in. Overall, I would highly recommend this complex, they're great!

I have NEVER been late on rent in 2 years of moving here to Indy or AT ALL ever - you can see that online in rent cafe. My income is good. Always pay my utilities and car payments. I work hard. I asked about credit score bc of divorce I am working on it. S he said they look at the whole picture. Clearly this company does not. She never responded to me just ghosted me. I found out by looking at my app on the website it said DECLINED. Very nice . I will never recommend any of this companies properties. Enjoy your $75 and the fact that you lost a great renter. I never received an email!
