Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Unreliable Business Practices…read more I have been a customer of Mago's Styling Cave in Riverside for approximately three years, but unfortunately, I have decided to take my business elsewhere due to my disappointing experiences with their appointment policies and customer service. It is unacceptable to be charged for an appointment simply because it was not confirmed, especially when communication regarding appointments and policies is so poor. Customers should be able to expect clear communication, transparency, and professional treatment from a business they have supported for years. After three years of loyalty, I am extremely disappointed by how this situation has been handled. The lack of communication and customer service has made it difficult to trust this business or rely on it for future appointments. A barber shop should value its customers and work to maintain their trust, not leave them feeling that their money has been taken without fair treatment. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Mago's Styling Cave. My experience has left me with little confidence in the business, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. After three years as a customer, I expected far better professionalism, communication, and respect. Overall, this has been a deeply disappointing experience, and I would advise potential customers to carefully review the appointment and cancellation policies before booking.
