You sort of know what you're getting into…read more I've been both on the weekends and on weekday evenings, and it hasn't ever been the chaos that I've experienced at other Ikea location, which is definitely a plus. The layout here isn't the greatest, but it's not terrible. I can normally find the shortcuts to get to where I need to go pretty quickly. I had this at three stars, and then I ate here a couple of times. Seriously, the mashed potatoes are way better than they have any right to be. Oh, you can get totally decent Ikea-branded beer for 1€ a bottle. That's good enough for a bonus star right there.

After spending over €1000 at the store between the weekend and tonight, I would have been at least been treated with some basic pleasantries. I had just finished paying for and collecting my items and was proceeding to the main door, so I load my stuff into a taxi. When I inquired about taking the cart out to load my items, i was told she couldn't and motioned that I would just need to carry them curb side. Given the weight of the items I told her I wouldn't be able to as it was now 20:00 and she implied that is wasn't her problem and I would just need to figure it out. She was the absolute rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. This woman, if you could even call her that is the face of your organisation, one of the first faces that customers encounter when entering your shop and one of the last they see when leaving... and she is AWFUL, and has no sense of how to achieve customer satisfaction. If I was running your business the only place for someone with this attitude is somewhere in the back of the warehouse where she only needs to deal with flat pack furniture and boxes. That or unemployed. Ironically I just signed up for an Ikea Family membership... with family like this, I think I'd rather be orphaned and widowed.
