My pick up ride was on time, and the driver help me with the bags, was friendly and polite. Trip to Heathrow airport was made in about 25minutes with no stress and the airport drop off was just fine. My return pick up was also nice and easy. Driver was texting me after the flight landing, and we meet him shortly after. Highly recommend to any one Pro Cars Woking airport transfers, as very good on what they do. Clean cars, professional drivers, on time service and also the price was reasonable. Only a few pounds extra comparing with Uber or so, but worth every penny for the service. No wonder they become an Award-Winning company for the Airport Taxi Transfers.

Drivers are rude and customer service is even worse. When making a complaint, the manager hung up on me. A driver had a near crash whilst I was in the car, as the taxi driver was tailgating a slow car in front. The taxi driver then hurled abuse at the driver in front and did not apologise once to me, but instead when I said that he should not have done that with me in the car, his reply was 'I didn't get out the car did I?!'. Disgusting behaviour - his driving was wrong in the first place, however he then should have remained calm with the man in front and should DEFINITELY have apologised to me for the incident. One good point is the cars are clean, however does that really matter when you feel unsafe and the drivers are so rude?? I would highly recommend avoiding this service, there are many other taxi firms in the area.

We ordered a taxi online and it never came so we rang the company who told us they never got the booking even though we received an email confirmation. When on the phone to the company they were incredibly rude and hung up on us! We then phoned them back to be spoken to absolutely disgustingly and the person on the phone was very aggressive. It's safe to say we will never use this company again. I'm disgusted with the service and how we were spoken to. My friends that would use this company won't be using them either. Shocking!

Booked an arrival and return pick-up, for a total of 98 British Pounds. Not bad at all for a two way ride! ( A Black Cab will cost over 100 Pounds one-way from the airport) My driver called my cell phone at pre-arranged time, upon landing at Heathrow. He greeted us at the arrival exit, with a placard with my full name on it. The driver was very courteous and helpful with our luggage to the car. Bottles of waters are available in the car. On our return trip to the airport, the assigned driver arrived at the hotel early for pick-up and gave me a call. No stress and no-frills impeccable service! Highly recommended for travelers arriving in London with spouse/family and a lot of luggage! I cant imagine people travelling any other way!
