I like checking out different dispensaries when I travel, just to see what the vibe is like in other legal states. I like the open space and their menu has a great selection. I'm used to security and ID checks happening immediately upon entry but, this spot let's you browse beforehand. Staff was friendly. The decor is sparse but, products are plenty. read more

Hours need to be updated. Went to the dispensary because it was one of the few that said it was open until 10p. Arrived at 9:51 and the woman told me I was wrong. Very standoffish attitude, and wasn't willing to hear me out when I explained online had different hours listed. She closed the door in our faces and wouldn't listen to a couple who was trying to ask a question. Customer service is important, and that lady was unnecessarily rude. read more

Broadway Cannabis - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Portland, Oregon

I went in today to purchase edibles, I saw that partner brand Happy kitchen was 20% off so I wanted to buy one. I asked how fresh and they looked and the cookie was 6 months old so I asked for another looking for something fresher, he pulls out a brownie that's over a year old. at this point im asking if there's anything at all that's fresh and the bud tender got visibly frustrated with me saying he doesn't know. He didn't even know that today was a 20% special because he said "oh I don't even work here Sundays" Well then just stay home and don't work Sundays because I apparently really bothered you. As a medical patient I really just wanted fresh products and friendly service but I got neither of those things. there were FOUR workers standing around nobody tried to diffuse the situation, instead he said " I have gummies" at which point I was so flustered I left. I returned a moment later because I realized that the store wasn't even a year old how did they have products over a year old ( BAKED GOODS THAT IS). he replied in a very snarky tone that they ship products store to store. I left feeling disrespected and I will never return to shop here. this was at the capitol HWY location of broadway cannabis. I called another store asking to speak with a manager about my experience and I was told that "Alex is closing at Clay so give them a call and you can talk to her" so I called the clay location and was told the nobody by that name even Exists and so I called back again just wanting to speak with a manager about my experience I spoke to another employee who said that Alex is definitely a manager and that the people at Clay probably were confused. so it went from one thing to anther where I was upset about baked goods being over a year old to a wild goose chase for a GM that might not even exist. Do better broadway cannabis. I will not be returning, it's unfortunate because you're half a block away. read more

I stopped in today (Oct 18, 2025) specifically looking for heavily sedating options. I asked a few basic questions--terpene profile (especially high myrcene or CBN), indica-leaning strains, and what was actually in stock. The CSR who approached me couldn't answer any of them. When I politely asked if there was someone more knowledgeable available, he got defensive and then refused to serve me. For a regulated dispensary, that's disappointing. My partner--being helped right next to me--had a normal experience, which made the contrast even clearer. I wasn't rude or confrontational; I was trying to make an informed purchase because I need strongly sedating products for nighttime use. Management: I'm posting this because I'd like to give your shop another chance. Please address training, and have a knowledgeable budtender or a manager reach out so I can actually find an appropriate, sedating option. I'd be happy to update this review if you make it right. read more

Rude female answered the phone today 5.26 2:38pm and told me to look online when I inquired about low thc carts. I've never had anyone refuse to help me with that request from any other dispensary. When I told her that she said "well call them instead!" read more

The really rude staff was too stoned to be attentive, they kept my buddy waiting for an inordinate amount of time. The lady said when he produced forth his coupon for a joint that only costs 1 penny no strings attached and they asked "is that all you're going to get?" He said "yeah that's all I can afford" she rudely said "oh.... Don't come back until you have more money to spend". Well if the coupon was not enough, why did they send us the coupon? read more

Very rude customer service interaction from a brunette brown skinned lady on Saturday 4/25/2026. Not at all engaged in helping me find a product (lied about hash products being available). Clearly anti black. I frequent the store often and don't have problems. Typically like their values deals. However, I would like this person addressed by the leaders there. One fool shouldn't mess it up for the rest. read more

I always have good experience going here but recently I went in and I wanted to buy two edible brownies, but when I went home, I realized that they only gave me the one pack of brownies. I called them and they told me to SPLIT my brownies in two?!?! The audacity?!?! Why did I even pay for two brownies to get ONE AND have one of the workers tell me over the phone to SPLIT IT IM HALF?! I just wanted to return the edibles that I haven't even opened to get THE PRICE. OF BROWNIE I paid for. They never got back to me either. Such a horrible experience especially the customer service. Just unbelievable. Don't get your edibles here!! read more

I've never been to a less chill and welcoming dispensary. All the employees were rude. I'd never go here again. There's so many places to get weed around here, so don't go to broadway cannabis market. read more

I tried Lemon Cherry Pastries and could not find anything on the strain but tried it anyway because It's a dessert I'd truly order that so I took a chance I did. Not super Stoney. Good introduction to a newbie. I've been stressed continuously for 2 weeks and on the phone holding and talking and getting nowhere but this Put a nice damper on my frustration-irritation and I was able to get back on phone in a much more mellowed manner. Patience turned on in about 10 minutes. Didn't last long but it got me where I needed to be. Not for the OG. read more

Absolute thieves. There are rules, but rules have spirits, and you don't use them as an excuse to steal from your customers when you know the purpose the rule was put in place hasn't been violated. That is how good and honest people behave, but not sociopathic bureaucrats who like to use rules to get away with dishonest behavior. I bought a cartridge. I went outside and opened it and threw the packaging and things away in the garbage out there. The cartridge was sticky and cracked. I took it in, and they said they couldn't replace it without the receipt. There is a purpose for that rule and the purpose is not an excuse to steal from people when you know you've sold them a defective product. An honest person would WANT to replace it, knowing they had made a mistake. The *only* reason to use the rule in a case where I had just bought the cart less than 2 minutes before is to force me to buy their defective stock. That is the spirit of the action. There are good people and there are bad people, and this is one of the ways you tell the difference. They relished their ability to force me to buy that broken cartridge they had JUST sold me. These are the bad kind. read more

Popped by this location for the first time. I was greeted by a very nice woman who helped me and gave great service. She helped me pick out a few sativa pre-rolls. The inside is nice, they also have a cannabis social club right next door. THIS LOCATION ACCEPTS DEBIT!!!! This is the first dispensary I've been to that allows you to pay with your debit card. Huge plus...so many options, and prices cater to everyone. Definitely check them out if you're in the DT area. read more

I used to go to broadway everytime i ran out of supplies. I don't like supporting big cannabis enterprises and as an avid consumer I tought of BC as a good business that knew how to move the pieces to get it going on, but with the recent fusion with mint everything sucks. the point system was renewed (before I could get 6 dlls off by spending approx 50, now I just get 2), the attention is terrible and my favorite bud tenders are not working there anymore. you used to be cool BC. now it feels like when your best friend gets in a toxic relationship that you don't want to be around. bring the old point system back guys, come on! despite that I think the prices are still fair and the quality is always the best. read more
