Great cars good people fun times good dude retired now after many good years happy retirement

Do not, under any circumstances, buy from this place. Purchased a car for $5k. Was told they replaced brakes, timing chain and a few other parts. 3 weeks later, brakes start grinding, every light on the dash turns on and car shuts off while driving. Call owner and he says to bring it in and he will look at it. I was leaving for vacation the next day so he said call him when I get back. Call one week later, long of the short of it is I call numerous times and leave messages, emails, etc with no response. Realize I'm getting nowhere so I take car to another shop and am told that ALL of the parts that were supposedly replaced on the car before I bought it were very much NOT recently replaced. $2k in repairs and the shop still couldn't get the car running. Took it to the dealership and they tell me it needs a new engine. So I'm $7k into the car and only drove it for 3 weeks. Scrapped it and got $500. Completely ridiculous. read more

Absolutely horrible. I bought a car from here and 4 months after the engine died and they didn't help us out at all. It also then needed new tires right after I bought it. And it needed something with the breaks. I had someone look at the car 1 month after buying it and they told us that there was a timing chain problem and the dealer ship assured us nothing was wrong with the car. They blamed me for driving the car. They told me that I drove it to much and the engine died. I have never been more dissatisfied in a business. When I picked up the car he was ridiculously rude. When my car was getting the engine put in they where more then rude to us on the phone about when we would get back out car. Never ever buy a car from here. I gave it 1 star because it was the only way to review it. I would give it no stars if that was an option. read more

I went looking for a new(used) Vehicle. I was on a budget and looking at a ton of dealerships; Broadway Auto Sales had a vehicle for sale that I hadn't noticed on their website. I went to ask to test drive, looked at the engine running first, test drove for about a half hour( put the car through some driving capability tests, listened to the engine, and looked at it again after while still running. To also note, I did a lot of online research on buying a used car, and things to be aware of. I also was searching dealership websites like a nut case. My experience at Broadway auto was great; no pressure, I got answers on questions I researched to ask, I was not directed to vehicles I wasn't interested in, and everything was explained and answered. So, I bought the car.------I would suggest their dealership for a used vehicle. Remember, it's buyer beware. Do your research and ask questions. This I did and had a great experience. I also, plan on going to them for my 20% discount on services when the car needs it. I'm giving them 5 stars right out of the gate. read more

Absolutely unprofessional. My husband just got out of the military so we moved back to Wisconsin. We wanted to get him a decent truck for the winter here, so we went to Broadway Automotive. Immediately after driving the truck away from the shop after purchase, the ABS light comes on. When we got home we also discovered someone put RTV on the oil drain plug. We were told we would get a 10 day power train warranty so we called about using it and the salesman said "I never said you had that". We brought this up with the owner and he told us salesman was fired. So we took the truck back in and they claimed to have fixed the issue. We just discovered a couple days ago that the oil drain plug is still leaking. My husband politely told him that the issue wasn't fixed and the owner screams at him that he won't fix it for free, it's a 17 year old truck, and tells him never to come back after screaming some more. Just because it's an older truck does not mean it should have been sold to him with all of these issues. We aren't looking to have every single thing on the truck to be fixed, just the obvious serious damages that were covered up. I can't believe this place is still in business with how they treat people they've tried to screw over. read more
