While Michelle is a lovely person, if I could give a rating lower than one star I would. This is…read moreeasily one of the worst haircuts I have ever received. I went in with hair midway down my back and asked for it to be cut shoulder length, she confirmed the length and began cutting. Except it's significantly shorter than we had agreed on (it doesn't even touch my shoulders!) and she gave me bangs without discussing it with me first (!!!!). Who does that? Now this might not be as much of an issue, except I've spent the last three years growing my bangs to the same length as the rest of my hair because it's curly and they flip in all sorts of directions. This is absolutely unacceptable and will not be going back.

This makes absolutely NO sense. My husband has never been so humiliated in his life. Ps. If you ever ask for the manager/ owner to make a formal complaint, it is not HIM as he claimed. It's actually his brother. I am still waiting for our formal letter of apology. Ask for Tommy instead!

Not an awful experience, but from my experience I would've been better off going across the bridge towards Annapolis and going to more established barbers. I've been a loyal, consistent customer at the Cut & Shave Barber on Eisenhower for two years now,…read moreand for good reason. In my opinion, their customer service is second to none. Between the convenient location and very reasonable pricing, it's easily the best value in the area. While I have tried several barbers and even explored their other locations, I always find myself returning to the Eisenhower branch. Once you find a team that truly understands your hair and provides a top-notch experience, they earn your long-term loyalty. The Standouts: Kim: She is a fantastic stylist. Beyond her technical skills, she has incredible listening skills--she truly understands what you want and consistently exceeds expectations. She delivers 100% on every cut and genuinely aims to please. After speaking with other regulars, I know I'm not alone in this assessment. Anne: Kim was on vacation this week, so I had the pleasure of sitting in Anne's chair. She is kind, respectful, and highly skilled. I'll definitely be asking for her whenever Kim isn't available. I highly recommend this location. You might see a few "haters" or trolls posting negative reviews to downplay the competition, but don't let that deter you. I promise you won't be disappointed with the Eisenhower team. Pro-tip: Schedule your next appointment with Kim or Anne for the best experience--and tell them Bruce sent you!
