British Airways as it relates to my flight from Düsseldorf Airport luckily no lines so easy check in. The counter person tagged my luggage all the way through to my destination. Since they tagged it and are professionals no sticky gummy handle on my luggage. As the gate is determined prior to the flight the ground staff comb the area on passengers to torment and take their carry ons. This is a poor practice in customer service. The found a guy and made me wonder why he was selected and others were not. Thankfully no one bothered me. Perhaps because I do not speak German.
Onboard I fell immediately asleep and had a window seat. So missed the food and drink to London. No worries rather that I had the sleep. They were thrilled one less annoying passenger to talk to and service. read more
