Bristow Helicopters was a definite innovator in safety, professionalism and employee satisfaction. Then came the merger with ERA and a lot of loyal hardworking employees were unceremoniously ushered out. It is my hope that one day Bristow group will be restored to 50% of who they were Pre-2020 because even at 50% they were still head and shoulders above the rest of the aviation field. read more
