I will start from day 1, I booked a CBT ... on the day i got there late (30 min) thanks to the office staff, i was still able to take the CBT. The day was a success in my eyes... if you listen... you learn.... and pass, i have not been on a Bike in 30 years.
1 Week later Theory, passed
Now..... Mod 1, I had 2 Days training on the 500cc and passed.
Unfortunately i had 2 different instructors on the 2 days, not really what i call good planning!!.
Mod 2 , 1 Day training... Test the next day and passed
Now its time to be honest!!!!
I think that BMTC should try to allocate the same instructor to the same student and not change all the time( i had 4 from CBT to Mod 2) i must say ... all of them are class 1 instructors in my eyes, hard but good.
Time to be honest......
The Bikes........ well what can i say?
The 125cc bikes are past it, they should invest in new ones
The 500cc bikes have also seen better days but they will have to go anyway in Jan.
The Tarmac needs some attention.
The Cafe..., take a packed lunch (they should rent it out)
All in All.... i went there to learn how to ride a bike and that is what i done with the help from the BMTC team, i would recommend them anytime and a very special thanks to the girls in the office, Rob,Greg, and John without your persistence i would never have passed.
From CBT to Mod 2 pass took me 6 weeks
1 day CBT, 2 Days Mod 1 training, 1 Day Mod 2 training, the rest was waiting time
i only gave 4 stars because of the Bikes, Tarmac and Cafe but that has nothing to do with the quality of the instructors doing there work read more
