Eric partnered with Kevin Day Home Improvements to build me an attached two bay garage with room…read moreabove for future apartment and mud room. They were handed nothing more than rough layman sketches and a photo of a similar setup. They had to figure out the heights, transitions, stairs, and blend to the existing house. Eric always showed up on time and exceeded expectations in his delivery. He was a very good communicator throughout the project. The final product is outstanding and looks like it was always there. We get so many compliments. I would not hesitate to hire or recommend Eric Gallagher. Note: I will be leaving a similar review under Kevin Day Home Improvements. You would be fortunate to get either one of these guys for your project.

Prime Design completed an extensive remodel of our home, and what made this project especially…read moreunique was that much of the planning took place while we were living in one state, and the contractor was located in another. Under those circumstances, clear and consistent communication was absolutely critical. Several aspects of our experience stood out. First and foremost, the quality of the work was exceptional. The finished product is beautiful, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the entire house. Second, during the planning phase, Prime Design provided a comprehensive list of decisions we needed to make--from flooring and countertops to every light fixture and faucet. This created a clear roadmap for the project, helped us select items that complemented one another, and documented every choice along the way. As a result, there were no surprises when the project was completed. Finally, because we were still living out of state during much of the construction, regular communication was essential. We received frequent progress updates and photos, which allowed us to monitor the work, confirm that everything met our expectations, and feel confident that the project was moving in the right direction. We are extremely happy with both the process and the finished result. We recommend them to anyone considering a remodeling project.

A&E gave me a fair bid and met my budget . They finished the project in a timely manner and didn't have any surprises or hidden fees. Jesse B. is right on the job making sure everything gets done properly. This is the way it should be and exactly opposite the experience I had with another local contractor who was a complete screw-up yet had a good reputation due to his dad Greg running the company the first 15 years (I'm not a big Yelper and don't know what is allowed so I'm not mentioning the name of this horror-story of a company). I am very happy with A&E who restored my faith in the construction profession !!!
