First off I had to see the doctor at Ghetto mercy Fitzgerald hospital well they sucked so bad that when I made another appointment they told me the ear doctor switched to hearsay ent in media. That's when I called to make sure I'm in network in which they told me yes. Well still no ear surgery and all these bills. This has been the worst experience I have EVER received from these people. I am so over it and I will call and complain and I am going to make a complaint because if I'm not getting anything done I should not be getting billed.

First of all because my case was an insurance case they charged me $150.00 just to see this doctor and I have been waiting for weeks to see if the insurance company is going to cover the procedure. I just called to check the status the receptionist was rude as I was talking she put me on hold without even saying hold please. At this point I have zero confidence in this practice and do not want them to do my surgery. I'm very upset because they got paid for nothing. Oh let me not forget that the doctor acted like he was scared to touch me during the consultatio.
