Disgraceful. Job quoted for 2 weeks ended up taking more than 2 months. Couldn't get hold of them…read moreby phone or email. Carpet turned out ok but lino is very average - bubbles, not sealed properly at join, doesn't reach all the way to cupboards at 2 points and the contractors left a mess including leveling cement all over our freshly painted walls. Would not recommend them at all.

We engaged Greg from Scribed flooring because we thought he was the right person for our job…read more.. Surprised we were when we were told by our builder they were removing floor boards from our site without even asking us, for another job apparently they were short on. When asked about this they said they were going to replace them... ?? We have a couple of problematic boards in the lay that we have been waiting for months for Greg to look at... and the job was never completed to handover... we were told we would be given instruction on caring for the new floor i.e what mop and products to use etc... Never happened! and were still waiting for some edging strip to be installed to complete. In all fairness we did have to put them off once when he suggested he was coming as we could not arrange to be onsite at the time he wanted to be there 1st time ever we weren't going to be available due to prior commitments with our business, after that no contact from Greg. The last time I messaged in regards to completing and the concerns over a couple of areas, I received a message in reply from him, he suggested he may be able to come and complete in the middle of the following month. However we heard nothing the time came and went were now 2 months past that time - a few weeks ago I messaged again and had no response at all... So clearly they do not intend to address our concerns or finish the job to a standard that is acceptable. I'm sorry to say that my experience has not been a happy end of story... and I couldn't comfortably recommend Scribed.
