Before we even started, she explained how she works and her process--so clear and professional. We spent a long morning looking at homes. She took notes, checked in with us, and kept us on task. When it came to putting in an offer--she was extremely helpful in negotiating that. She really took care of us through the whole process, and even came on moving day to check in and see how we were doing. So easy to work with, clear communication, intuitive, thinks ahead, and is very organized. She navigated hurdles well and landed us at the finish line with little stress! She made the home buying process easier than expected! Thank you Haley!

We decided to sell everything and move to South Texas to start a dream of full time RV life. We contacted Frances about selling our home and she got right on having a photo session and getting us all signed up to start the process. What was super awesome was the fact that we had a contract on our home in 17 DAYS...in a Down Market!! She also referred us to an estate auction where we could liquidate the majority of the things in our home. We had a large amount of items that we had inherited from our parents along with many items of our own to liquidate and downsize. We are so happy with the exceptional service we got during what was a very stressful process of selling of our family home. She was very thorough in explaining anything that we didn't understand and very prompt in getting all of the paperwork to us for signatures and getting it back to the proper places for filing before our closing deadline. We had a few hoops to jump through and we also had to replace our roof. She found us a great roofer that gave us a really good price on an excellent roof. She had several people come and give bids until she found one that she thought was good quality and a fair price as we were having to pay it out of pocket. We were super appreciative of that! Downsizing, liquidating and selling your home is a very difficult process and Frances' sweet personality and wonderful professionalism makes it so much easier to deal with. Call her if you are considering selling your home or if you're looking to buy. You will be very happy that you did! 806-626-2298

It took 10 weeks and 4 offers, but I'm finally in my dream home. She was always looking out for my interests. I appreciated her experience, knowledge, and genuine interest in getting the best outcome for me. Some examples of how she helped me: The very first time I talked to her, she found a super special property that exactly matched what I had described for her. There were 17 offers on this property, and Mitzi gave me really good guidance on making my offer attractive, but not so attractive that I over-payed. When I was out of town, she helped me get an offer in on a real gem that went fast. Mitzi went over the top by picking up and dropping off a mature, experienced friend of mine to see the property. Based on my friend's feedback and Mitzi being so pro-active, I made the right offer at the right time on this property. When Mitzi was out of town for a real estate conference, she put me in contact with another stellar agent to help me. The two of them worked together, and they helped me get my dream house. I strongly recommend Mitzi. I will use her again. I give her 6 out of 5 stars!
