I actually looked at Yelp (strange but true) to see if I could find a funeral home with great reviews.

She had made and paid for her final arrangements so we didn't have to worry about them. When the time came, we called Swan Burial and Cremation. They took care of everything, which was a godsend during our grief. Mom had arranged for cremation. Her ashes were returned to us and an extremely difficult time was made much easier. The owner who met with us was gentle and compassionate, exactly what we needed. Although we are not planning on leaving anytime soon, my husband and I discussed making our arrangements ahead of time, to spare our daughter from having to make those decisions. Mr. Douglas came to the house to discuss what we wanted. A very nice man, Doug explained what services were available, including viewing, a service, a funeral, or cremation. He quoted the prices, which we felt were fair, and made our decisions. He completed the necessary paperwork and we were done. We learned is that the money paid in advance is held as a life insurance policy by an independent insurance company. Final arrangement are secured at today's prices. Also, the policy guarantees that the contracted services will be provided even if the funeral home is no longer in business.

I was not contacted, until I called AGAIN on Tuesday and a person named Ty said she would forward forms that required my review & signature, however- the form she sent was mostly unpopulated. Does Adair expect everyone to blindly sign forms that are mostly blank? Being that I am unfamiliar with the terminology on the death registration form, I replied to Ty's email to ask for clarification regarding the mostly blank form. And over 14 hours had passed and I received no response & again I had to be the one to call. This is the staff at Adair's sole purpose & job; I am unfamiliar with terminology used on the form, thinking I had to populate it in its entirety, then come to find out Ty should have populated the form better than she did; which only caused confusion and setback. It's now Thursday and the form was supposed to sent right back to me better populated to help move forward, and still, nothing further is being communicated to me. Adair is dragging this process out, and it's making it all even more difficult. This is their job and they are absolutely failing. Adair is supposed to help in time of need, and I have been chasing them for help every day for the past 4 days! I am already upset, and now Ty is adding to my grief with additional frustration by not following through with her job. I nor anyone can or should be expected to review and sign a mostly blank form. It's ridiculous! How awful is Adair, when I am considering moving my mm to a different mortuary, this place is truly absolutely terrible; lazy and inconsiderate. Not to mention, their Urn catalog is wildly overpriced. How gross are they? Up charging is disrespectful and disgusting! Adair's customer service is overwhelming negligent; I have zero confidence that they are handling my mom and I properly. I do not recommend Adair.

Making arrangements for our brother has been chaotic and maddening, with nothing but confusion every step of the way. The corporate iciness of Rebecca, the on-call director on Saturday, February 14, 2026, in particular, was the last straw. Definitely not the care and compassion families need in their time of grief. If I could give Adair zero stars, I would.

NEVER EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES go to the S RANDOLPH AVE address!!…read more We had a recent death of my in-law and this was recommended by a healthcare provider. We set an appointment, but there was confusion on whether we go to the Grant Rd or Randolph location to meet. We called several times before office hours and an Answering Service picked up who repeatedly told us to go to the Randolph location. WRONG: The Randolph location is an industrial area where I suspect they do the cremations. Later, we called at got a hold of the actual office and they confirmed they are on Grant Road. They graciously waited for us to arrive. The location appears like a small strip mall near the Michigan turn on Stone and Grant. They greeted us and took us to a conference room to discuss our needs. There were plenty of options and a very relaxed discussion on the sensitive issues of funerals. The pricing was very reasonable and they were very helpful in discussions about our needs. Specifically, they explained Veteran Services for the Marana Veterans Cemetary. We had no issues, and I would recommend for anyone-JUST DO NOT GO TO THE RANDOLPH location.

Thank you Gary for making this tragic loss and situation easier and less complicated. I highly recommend Gary.

In every single case--a funeral and two cremations--they were nothing but kind and professional, and most importantly NEVER made us feel pressured or tried to upsell us. The first time we used their services I went in on the defense, expecting the industry-standard SCI attempts to fleece the grieving and vulnerable. They completely surprised us by not even attempting to upsell caskets, urns, etc. and providing us with exactly what we asked for and allowing additional visitation. The funeral service was perfectly executed and The communication in all three cases was excellent. Delivery of my mother's ashes and death certificate was slow--but I was kept informed every step of the way. The transport company they use also deserves tremendous credit. I wish I could remember the driver's name, but he treated me with exceptional kindness and permitted me to assist. We have chosen to use them even though we live almost 90 miles southeast of Tucson because of how they've treated us in every case. There are several funeral homes closer to home, but the exceptional treatment we received as we dealt with the death of our son made us absolutely certain we wanted them taking care of us for my mother in law and my mother. While the way we were treated is everything, it would not be fair not to mention their pricing. They are exceptionally fair and entirely transparent in all costs. In every case what they showed us on their pricing sheets was exactly what we were charged, and there were no surprises. I would not hesitate to recommend Angel Valley for care of a loved one.

I have not reached out to give them feedback as I've been grieving the loss of my father so unexpectedly. But I will do so in hopes that they can revisit some of their procedures.
