He adjusted my shoulders spine hips moving them to the correct place before sticking needles in. He gave me a explanation of what was going on with my body, my shoulders and ribs not aligned and the muscles over compensate for it's misplacement. In today's day and age of phone organization and calendar reminders, that just doesn't seem responsible to me. Not to mention, I received THREE reminders about the appointment in the days leading up to it. I guess they don't receive the same reminders that their customers do?
