Ashley made me *5* custom 4th of July shirts on the night of June 29th, worked all day on the 30th…read moreand then met me for pickup after working all day; and I'm impressed!! These shirts are GOOD quality shirts with VIVID DTF transfers on them packaged and were handed to me in the **CUTEST** little customized 4th of July canvas tote, that I will def be taking with me to the beach on the 4th... and they it all smells GOOD (which is huge for me lol )... she did amazing! I'm always skeptical of ordering from anyone as I used to make T-shirts myself and I know how many corners people cut and how cheap they go with their materials and how crappy the products can be... that being said, I'm always VERY skeptical and often disappointed when ordering locally, BUT, Ashley did amazing all the way around from our very first communication, thru making my things and updating me throughout her process, all the way thru meet up, and I will be ordering from her again!!

It took him two days to give us an incomplete order only after several follow ups and threats to cancel payment with our credit card. He ended up giving us a refund for two shirts he couldn't complete. I think that he is on drugs or an alcoholic. His open and closed signs are a joke. All three of the Open signs need to be open. He has signs that say he opens at 2pm, but you can't actually get in and he will maybe be open at 4pm. Don't waste your time and effort.

Thinking it was probably an accident, I called back. I DID reach someone then: PCB Embroidery: "Didn't I just hang up on you?!" Me: "Yeah, but I just figured it was an accident or something" PCB Embroidery: "Well, want to you want, then?!" Me: "Absolutely nothing now." I don't understand where someone would think speaking with someone this way is acceptable. Too bad for them, I have an extensive wardrobe that needs tailoring, and I would NEVER do business with somebody so blatantly rude.

I went to pick it up a couple weeks later when it was done and the corner was cracked. Obviously, weight was put on that area to adjust so they could stitch it. I pointed it out to them, and they said it must have been that way when I dropped it off. Why would I have bothered to drive an hour to get to Panama City Beach, (a 2 hour round trip) and pay money to get it fixed, if it was cracked before I dropped it off? They refused to take responsibility. No wonder they demand payment ahead of time. Great customer service from the guy I dropped it off too, but terrible customer service from the guy I picked it up from.
