When you have what I call a "Slam Dunk" case and the attorney FAILS to call back, it makes you wonder who is incompetent on the Staff or the Attorney themselves. I filled out the Online form and it will NOT function due to it's programming. I am 72 and qualified for SSA/SSDI etc.,. and this Retaliation is worse than most people can comprehend. If I get called, I might reconsider, but not now.

I first met with Eric through a free consultation, and felt that he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and no BS. I still wanted to have more options and called different law offices. I was very hesitant as I have never worked with an attorney before and heard many horror stories of law offices being in it for the money. I did not get that feeling with Eric. What I felt was that every penny spend was worth it. Eric and his team helped me get through one of the most difficult parts of my life. Everything from the communications to the billing has been nothing but thorough and professional. My only concern is that, should I ever need to work with another attorney on a completely unrelated matter, my expectations may now be impossibly high.

He said I didn't have a case, which is fine; the point of the call was to determine if I had a case or not. I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask but apparently it did? Genuinely confused why you felt it was necessary to be so rude and condescending. I have no issue with getting straight to the point but there's a way to do it with some decorum. And since you or someone from your firm will probably respond with some unprofessional and lame comeback that completely misses the point of the review, I'll just say this. You're entitled to respond however you'd like, but from an outside perspective, your responses are giving middle aged man with a fragile ego. At least do better on your comeback game. When my daughter was involved in a tragic motor vehicle accident that resulted in the death of a…read moremotorcyclist, our family found ourselves facing what we believed were completely unwarranted vehicular manslaughter charges. It was the most difficult and stressful experience we have ever endured, lasting over two and a half years. From day one, Jay Monico and the entire team at Sevens Legal stood beside us. We weren't looking for an attorney who would simply encourage a plea deal--we needed someone who would thoroughly investigate the facts, challenge the prosecution, and fight tirelessly for justice. Jay exceeded every expectation. The evidence showed that the motorcyclist was allegedly racing at an extremely high speed on a city street and should not have been operating the motorcycle. Despite those facts, charges were still pursued against my daughter. Throughout the case, Jay remained steadfast, fearless, and completely committed to ensuring that the law--not emotion or public pressure--guided the proceedings. One of the things that impressed us most was Jay's willingness to stand his ground. He challenged the prosecution at every turn and never backed down when he believed the law was on our side. His persistence, meticulous preparation, and knowledge of evolving California case law ultimately helped secure a favorable outcome for my daughter after more than two and a half years of litigation. This case took an enormous emotional and financial toll on our family, but having Jay in our corner gave us confidence that someone was truly fighting for us every step of the way. We will always be grateful for his professionalism, integrity, and unwavering dedication. If you are looking for a criminal defense attorney who genuinely cares about his clients, is exceptionally knowledgeable, and will fight relentlessly for the best possible outcome, I cannot recommend Jay Monico and Sevens Legal highly enough. I sincerely hope I never need a criminal defense attorney again, but if I--or anyone I care about--ever does, Jay Monico will be my very first call.
