We randomly stopped into Brighton after spotting a purse in the window display that caught my eye. I've never owned a Brighton before, but I've always heard they're an investment....not cheap, but built to last and loved by the people who have them for years. The purse that drew me in was a small clutch, bright, unique, and unlike anything else I'd seen. I was curious what something like that would cost, so we went in to check it out. We were greeted right away and the staff was incredibly friendly without being pushy. When I checked the price, I was shocked to learn it was originally $340... BUT it was on sale for 80% off, bringing it down to just $68. It truly felt like it was meant to be and I wasn't even in the market for a purse! To top it off, the experience felt special. The purse came with a white linen dust bag, and the team wrapped it beautifully before placing it inside with tissue paper. Love the purse, loved the experience, and I'll definitely be back to check out more items. Such a fun surprise stop! read more

I went into the Brighton store in San Marcos Texas today and they were so rude to me. I bought a pair of really pretty sunglasses, and they just happen to be on clearance. I love them. The ladies treated me like I was trash. After I checked out my friend was checking out and the ladies were talking about her appearance in front of me. I asked them why they were talking about my friend like that, and I rudely told them she had cancer. I have never been so restrained with the ugliness that came from that register. These ladies were well into their adult years, and I was appalled by their behavior. SHAME ON YOU BRIGHTON EMPLOYEES!!! I will tell everyone I know to stay away from your store. You ladies are not better than anyone and should NEVER treat anyone like that. read more

My mom and I shopped here recently. As we were shopping, we noticed a young man looking at jewelry. I didn't think much of it until I kept seeing him out of the corner of my eye and was confused as to why he was following us around the store. I was about to say something and then I realized he worked at the store! I guess he thought my mom and I were going to steal. It was extremely uncomfortable. My mother almost ended up not buying the items she had picked out. We were both VERY insulted. I just wish that of they had an issue with shoplifting, that they could be more discreet instead of profiling people as thieves. We will never return. read more

My favorite store. I have been shopping here for about three years, but I bought my first pieces in 1998 at a regular store. I was not a regular shopper of the brand until I found the outlet store. I find terrific deals as I am a bargain-only consumer, and the service has always been stellar. I have found the quality excellent; my older handbags and jewelry from the late 90s look like they are gently used. I do take care of my things perhaps a little more than the average person, but I have only one piece of jewelry and two key fobs that broke out of a large collection over a long period of time. This is my shopping vacation where I forget stress and collect my thoughts. I am impressed with the quality of the leather on the handbags. I spilled nail lacquer by accident on an expensive Neptune rings leather bag and removed the lacquer with non-acetone nail varnish remover very carefully. No damage to the leather...WOW. As long as this store is in operation, I am a returning customer. read more

Attention Fashionistas this is an awesome place to get amazing prices on the high quality leather goods and accessories Brighton makes. Definitely hit or miss depending on the inventory but you can get $300 Italian shoes for $50. Quite a deal!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. This store is the best way to compliment your Brighton collections! ALL of the items are Authentic Brighton, but NONE of the items have a warranty because of the deep, deep discounts at the outlet stores. Everything is "As Is" and all sales are final. The outlets disfigure/scratch off all of the purse's original identification number because they do not provide a warranty for it. It also prohibits a buyer from trying to resell back to a Brighton store or marking up the price on Ebay to a higher amount. This is a true outlet, the way outlets used to be :-). If you understand their policies going in, you can find some super deals like I did! $300 purse for $99, $145 pair of shoes for $39 and a $45 pair of flip flops for $12.50!!! They get new merchandise every month. For me this is the most affordable way to own AUTHENTIC Brighton and I will be back!! read more

I was scammed here. A overly nice woman did convince me to buy a bag that I do like, but this bag was pushed on me harder than other items I was looking at. This is a knock off Bringhton purse. I got home and took the paper out of the bag and the inside of the purse where it should say brington is scratched off. The heart chain that comes on all bringhton bags sais bringbton. Pretty bad customer service. store indicated that it closes at 9pm however they locked doors before nine Dec. 8th and sales lady clearly saw my family standing outside the door. No worries will take my business elsewhere. Would give a zero but that option is not available. read more
