Enlightened Touch is a new Massage business in Little Rock that is well worth checking out! The…read moreowner, Kate, is one of the most talented therapists I've come accross here - like, LITERALLY one of the best massages I've ever had, and I've had a lot of massages. The place is a little off the beaten path in West LR and is very zen, peaceful, clean and quiet. I dug how they have the place set up; its got a KILLER walk-in shower that totally wowed me. I'm a bit of a massage connossoir, if you will, and I've actually been to Esalen in Big Sur while in Carmel on business, and Kate is true to the legacy of "Esalen Massage". I originally had only booked an hour massage, but as soon as she laid her hands on me I knew I should have booked longer. I asked her, almost jokingly, if she could make it a two hour, and she actually DID! It was exactly what I was looking for. Ive had quite a few disappointments around here with "spa-massages" and was so happy to finally find the real deal. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a really great professional massage!

She is aware of changes from visit to visit. The massage room is very comfortable and she checks that the temperature is comfortable for me. Also, the massage table is heated and she adjusts it as needed. I love the hot packs she puts on my back to start. They are so relaxing to the tight muscles in my back as she works on my feet and legs. It feels so good when she moves the packs from my back to my feet to begin working on my back. One of my favorite parts comes when she works on my hands - I use my hands a lot and her touch keeps them supple and flexible. Oh, and the scalp massage is heaven. Ginger is such a good massage therapist she is really busy and she is well worth the wait. Do yourself a favor and go see her.
