Come March 2025 we had a leak. It took quite a while to get them out for a fix. Come holiday time 2025 the leak which had been fixed was back, so we called. The person we spoke to said they weren't sure if someone could come out that day. We waited three weeks while water was coming into our living room every time it rained for a call back. We had to hire another roofing company to fix the leak. They fixed it in three days. We still have to fix the water damage. Then we got a text in January 2026 asking if we still needed to have someone fix our leak....seriously?!

While inspecting the wall to give us a price, Chan found serious damage to the foundation of our wall. We had had an ant issue 16 years ago but they had been eradicated. The sil plate supporting the weight of our house was so rotten we could put our finger through it. After crying a lot, Chan created a plan and his company went to work.
