Recently switched dentists and can't recommend this place enough, I had my wisdom teeth removed today and have to admit I was really nervous going in. Ashley was incredible in explaining the whole process and addressing all of my concerns. Dr. Fadi Moosa was amazing in my procedure, never felt a thing and was done in less than 30 minutes. If I could give zero stars I would. The office staff has NO Idea what they are doing. They accepted my insurance ran a Predetermination to get me "Accurate Pricing" told me what would be covered and then turned around and and sent me a surprise bill for around $1000 out of pocket for services rendered and then tried to say I didn't understand how the billing process works. Freakin Joke!!!! Not to mention when I was having a cavity filled the Dentist got up and walked away for 15 minutes and let her dental assistant complete my filling (Which she didn't adjust my bite correctly and I had to go back and get it fixed). THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! read more

My first visit today was an initial comprehensive exam with one of the dental hygenists, Mickie. It was VERY thorough and unlike anything that I have ever experienced before from other dentists in this area. Dr. Vredenburg and the entire staff I met today were kind and welcoming. I am sure that I, and my teeth, will be well taken care of in this office. read more

Brightpoint is friendly, but only work Monday thru Thursday which isn't convenient for me but I thought I could manage it anyway and give them a chance due to their wonderful reviews but then I canceled my future appointment to see a dentist that works on saturdays and is convenient to normal adult work schedules, well they never informed me that they are out of network and any charges not paid for by my insurance company would be passed to me, so now that I'm being charged for expenses beyond what my insurance company paid I also cannot have my X-rays sent to my new dentist office and now I will have to go through that again.. I'm glad this office has taken my insurance companies money and hope my dental records can be of use for them but I personally think this place should be avoided until all other offices go out of business, thank you bright point but your definitely a low point in my life and not all that bright read more
